We stopped for lunch. Had a couple of burgers that were tasty with fries. They give a military and senior discount which was appreciated. Frozen custard is great in August in Texas. Next time we plan on the hot dogs!

Craving dessert, I dropped in at Freddy's for a vanilla sundae with hot fudge and whipped cream. The service was friendly and quick and I watched the dessert being made fresh. It was delicious. I would return.

Burger was nicely prepared. Fries were perfectly hot. Tried the spicy fry sauce for the first time. Loved it. Put some on my burger too.

We went there after having lunch at the Cotton Patch next door. We were still looking for seasonal pumpkin-flavored milkshakes. They accommodated us somewhat, but still not exactly what we had flund in Bryan years ago.
