The lady at the register was very polite, and the chef was simply outstanding with his hospitality and kindness ! I started walking to go and get my food and... More

First time trying Firehouse Subs. Very good meals and great service. We enjoyed the décor inside and were happy with the first responder soda as a retired military member. Enjoyed very much

The turkey sub was fantastic. Will have it again and again. Not clean like I would expect. Staff was polite to customers. Really need to work on team work and language. It's nice to have fun and enjoy your job.,I don't have a problem with that not one but. Management needs to take employees a side and talk and remember... More

They entice with low prices on their menu, but the second you order something, they start with the upsell. This is a definite tactic to prey on the tourists. Won't go back. Heard the same conversations from other parties there eating.

Albert, I wanted to apologize for your dissatisfaction while at our restaurant. We do have small, medium and large subs available and based on each customers preference will depend on the price. Medium Subs are two dollars more than small and large are three dollars more than medium. Again our apologies. More

We eat here on most visits to the area. Always friendly but could be a touch cleaner. Food is always excellent and fresh.

Nothing extraordinary, same food as the rest of the franchises, folks here were genuinely happy to see you come in and were courteous and speedy with prep of the food and took pride in serving it in a pleasant manner

Ordered via internet and was able to choose the time of pickup. Being the first time to try Firehouse Subs, this was an accommodating feature as was the delicious subs . The location would get rave reviews from my kiddos from the decor to the coke flavor options. Will definitely try Firehouse again somewhere else.
