We wanted a different place to eat breakfast in Pigeon Forge, so we decided to go to IHOP. My wife loved the special they had at the time. I love there strawberry pancakes. I had not been to IHOP in years, because there was not one close to us, so we decided to try this one and I am glad... More

We ate breakfast there and apparently got there at the right time because it got extremely busy shortly after we were seated. Service quick but not accurate but the food arrived appropriately . The food was hot and very tasty.

I am a vet and came here for bkfst, not crowded and was seated immediately, I could not even get a cup of coffee, much less breakfast and had to wait a long time. In fact I stood up to leave and then they came by. I probably should have stood sooner I did get the free bkfst, but just... More

Food was GREAT but the service was slow due to no fault of the waitress we had it was due to the people who sat us, they forgot to tell the waitress that her tables had been switched.

Well this is not starting out good. I thought the 30 minute wait was a little long and then about a 20 minute wait for food. But our breakfast was delicious and well worth the wait. Our server was excellent.

It was very busy on a Sunday morning. We waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. The food took almost an hour to arrive. I always wonder why it takes Ihop so long to whip up some eggs! I had the chicken florentine crepes. It's been quite a while since I ate at Ihop, I didn't realize how long... More

Our server was very friendly and on her game with refills of very good sweet tea. Our breakfast was all cook to order and served hot. Lots of seating in this location. Large gift store where you waited to be seated with a variety of gifts offered. Only complaint would be the pancake syrup was cold, needed to be warmed.

We had the worst waitress ever. She got both our orders wrong and we had to send them back. I order a large glass of milk with my breakfast order. She brought our food back right but forgot my milk. She disappeared and we never saw her again until she brought the bill.

We had a guy waiter who was not on the ball. My husband ordered just a stack of pancakes. They delivered the pancakes without butter. My husband asked for butter and it arrived about 5 minutes later when the pancakes were cold. My husband said "Forget it, just take the pancakes off our bill." The waiter also didn't ask us... More
