I had a beef and elk burger. It was very good. It was so big, I couldn't eat all of it. I started with the gator tail. It was also very good. I loved the horseradish dipping sauce.

We had a great time and the kids got to try fried alligator and frog legs with catfish. They even had live catfish in a pond to watch.

Not terrible but not great. Would skip it on our next visit. Attentive waitress though. Had the seafood platter so we could try different things. The slaw is vinegar based, catfish was soggy-but very hot, liked the crab cake and cod.

Sorry, I don't know but I do know that they fry their fries in the same oil as the fish because we inquired about shellfish allergies.

Yes it is. We were there as a couple but there were plenty of families around.

For my husband and I it would be considered a short walk. Maybe 20 minutes. So yes, if you are in fairly good shape, you could walk to this restaurant.
