it is not that easy to find a good location for breakfast that is not a chain restaurant. Midtown did a great job in creating a breakfast menu with the standard grits and bacon to a number of sweets and also interesting sandwiches.

We were in Nashville, meeting with Associates from other states. This Café was recommended by hotel. We were a group of 17. Our waitress Tricia made some recommendations. I like grouper but the entree came with grits. I don't like grits!!! Trisha offered a change to mash potatoes but then proceed to convince me that I would never taste grits... More

Across the road from the Courtyard Marriott Vanderbilt and near a lot of other hotels this place is a great breakfast option. Went twice in the morning and had grits to die for (so good) and home cooked eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and pork tenderloin. Also went with a business party for dinner where the food was good if... More

Stopped in for breakfast after flying in and getting our rental car. We were just driving around and saw it so we figured we would give it a shot. Very cute little place with some very nice people. I had the local trout and eggs and Carol had the "Nashville Pig in a Biscuit Mild Dry Rub Roasted Pork Tenderloin... More

Serves breakfast menu until 2:30 PM- the Eggs Benedict and the Biscuits & Gravy were fantastic. We both had the home fries as sides and they were great too- both of our plates were completely clear. We would visit again given the opportunity (we're from Massachusetts) and would encourage you to go enjoy this place!

My third time here and it's always superb. From ambience, service, plate presentation everything is top notch . Salmon dish was excellent and trout excellent also. Dessert topped off with chocolate molten lava cake with ice cream.

One night my daughter just didnt want any more hot chicken or bbq, so we needed some "plain" American food - and this hit the spot. Very nice (and quiet) but hip spot, we had some great sandwiches... but the menu was extensive and everything was excellent!

I have been frequenting this restaurant for the last 7 -8 yrs when in town on business. Two musts are shrimp and grits and roasted pork tenderloin. Never a disappointment, the staff are amazing as well.

Our concierge recommended this restaurant conveniently located next to our hotel. David our experienced server suggested an outstanding Sauvignon blanc from NZ ( Craig's Range) to go with our ahi tuna and trio of veal dishes we started with lemon artichoke soup and organic Green's salad. We finished this excellent meal with coconut cake. Overall this was an outstanding dining... More
