We found this place on TripAdvisor, and the reviews were accurate. We were looking for a breakfast/brunch place to take my WWII veteran great-aunt, who was sworn in the Women's Army Corps over 70 years ago at the War Memorial Building a few blocks away,...More

My breakfast was really good - I had the fried chicken and eggs. My husband's was a little lackluster. Good location and the service was very friendly.

Great food and even better service! I had the recommended lemon blueberry pancakes which were pure heaven. My son had the pancakes with strawberry purée. After the first bite, both of my kids said "We are coming back here again tomorrow!" Our waiter gave us...More

This was a nice cozy little restaurant down the street from our hotel. They had really good country ham and biscuits. Food was good but average breakfast ticket is about $15.

We always make it a point to eat at 417 Union while in town. Simple, good food, and extremely reasonable. Staff is very nice and attentive. We recommend if you don't want trendy, stop here.

Stopped by for a late breakfast. Friendly staff provided good service. The biscuits were melt-in-your-mouth good, omelette was average and potatoes not to my liking. Other menu items looked good and the place was filled with lots of locals coming for lunch. Coffee was freshly...More

Great breakfast place. Eric took good care of us. The prime rib hash is a must as well as the strawberry waffles.

I do not do Hash but their Prime Rib Hash was amazing (finished my wife's). Quaint setting and great service. We will be back.

While in Nashville for Memorial Day Weekend we hit this spot for breakfast on Friday morning. With all the construction in the area the restaurant was really quiet. The outside is adorable. Our server was super friendly and accommodating. First up....Bloody Mary w/ Smoked Bacon...it...More

Small, old timey place downtown near or hotel. Basic menu for breakfast but every option was there. Friendly service. Excellent pancakes, breakfast meats. Good atmosphere.

It is literally around the corner. If you are at the front entrance of TPAC facing the Veteran's Memorial walk south and then turn east down the street…maybe a 3 block walk.

We thought it was really overpriced, but then again, we actually thought most restaurants and bars were expensive. I'm from England and even I was shocked how expensive it was to eat and drink in Nashville!

Description
417 Union is a place where great food drives an ongoing celebration of vibrant community and rich history.

We serve classic American fare with an emphasis on Southern traditions. Like many of our favorite Southern cooks who came before us, we are inspired to build on this culinary foundation with new innovations every season. We are proud to bring a variety of fresh, high-quality food to the Nashville community, as we have for over ten years. We love to draw on the bounty of ingredients produced in Middle Tennessee, and we buy local whenever possible. Nashville bakery Provence provides all our sandwich breads, and our famous house blend coffee is fair trade and organic.
