My Covid isolation birthday cake

The most delicious cake I have ever eaten!! The pavlova icecream cake had passionfruit and apricot sorbet with vanilla icecream and a soft Pavlova cover and crunchy meringue base and was deliciously fresh.

Fresh home made Gelato, Amazing flavours a little on the expensive side, however this is not to worry with how good the Gelato is
