Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This bakery has the best pies and pasties, including great vegan options. The vegan cheese and cauliflower pie is awesome. Always busy. For very good reasons. Tight for parking in Summer like everywhere else in Warburton as it’s just so popular.

An interesting bakery where there is no seating inside. You order through the window and either take a seat at some of the provided benches or tables. There is a reasonable selection to choose from and it tastes quite nice although the pie I had...was far too hot. Almost felt like my mouth was on fire. Pies should be hot but this was too much. Flavour was nice but bring the temperature down please.More

On a long weekend, everybody stops here on their way to or from the snow at Donna Buang. It's easy to see why and worth waiting in line to be served, when you get such a great choice of pies and bakery items. The line...actually moves quite well, on a cold day; we didn't freeze while waiting. The pies we ordered were still hot when we returned to our accommodation. And boy were they good!More

A real "country" bakery with real chunks of meat in their tasty chunky pies! A good range of options available. Good service. Outside tables were pleasurable in the sun One of the tastiest pies I have had.

We bought a large number of pies to take away as we previously had enjoyed their pies. It was super busy , however, they had a large number of staff serving. So service was fast and friendly. I gave a large list of pies and...the lady serving went to the back and filled a box,for us. Unfortunately one of,the pies was, left out. However when the lady gave me the list she kindly wrote what all,the toppings were so that we wouldn’t get confused. The best pies I feel are the stockman, cheese and steak, steak and mushroom and I like their sausage rolls a lot tooMore

Pie pastry was lovely but fillings a bit tasteless. Mum thought the best pie was the stockman's pie. My nieces liked the steak and cheese (but they prefer bland foods as they're very young). Not sure why the scallop pie was with curry - would...much prefer it to be with a white sauce or at least something that doesn't obscure the flavour of the scallops. Brocolli pie and meat pastie needed some chutney to give them some flavour. My sister did like the sausage rolls.More

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very popular cafe - most of the pies and pasties were gone by 2pm when we arrived and staff were extremely apologetic - they sell out quickly it seems! We had two meat pies and one vegetable pastie -...full of meat and full of veges - impressive! Whilst there a group of motorcycle riders came through and I think they must have cleaned the place out! We arrived in the nick of time! Will visit again ...More

So pleased we chose to stop at Warburton bakery. Please dont be put off by the look of the outside. Our thia chicken pies, cakes and coffees were beautiful, but even better was the friendliness and organisation of the staff. I wish more businesses would...take a leaf out of this book on how to treat customers. We will definately be eating at this bakery again whenever we are in the area or surrounding area.More

I was with a group of cyclists that had just returned from climbing Mt Donna Buang in sub zero temperatures when we stopped at the Warburton Bakery. The first thing each of us received without asking for it was a cup of hot water so...we could warm our hands, such a thoughtful gesture. Food and drink service was fast and equally as friendly. Food choice was very good, highly recommend stopping in any time in the area.More

This has become a regular spot for us when we are in are around Warburton as it has delicious citrus tarts which we always have to get. The pies are good and the salad rolls are always fresh. On our latest visit they were out...of salad rolls as it was just after the lunch rush but one of the lovely ladies offered to make a few fresh ones up! As always I will definitely be back, especially in summer as it is a quick walk to sit next to the river and enjoy the sun with some bakery goods!More

After our hike to La La Falls, we stopped for a bite. We had pies and sausage rolls. Steak and mushroom pies was good along with plain steak pies. Good coffee and friendly service. Would always get pies from here when passing through.
