Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Usually go elsewhere in St Arnaud but needed the PO which is across the road. Was not busy placed our order it took so long I went for a walk came back and my husband was still waiting! 20 mins for a very ordinary coffee....Annoying since we still had 700ks to drive that day, time was of the essence. Much nicer spots in St Arnaud. Nothing food wise took my fancy either.More

Passing through St Arnaud at lunchtime we decided to have lunch here as it looked clean and friendly. It was very friendly and was quite busy with travellers passing through. A small range of sandwiches and wraps ( it was Saturday afternoon) so not surprising...the cakes looked delicious ....my hubby said they were as he had one and my friend took a couple home with her The staff were very friendly and the decor was plain but that is all you can expect as it was not fine dining......would i come here again......yes i wouldMore

Small bakery in St Arnaud. It has limited baked goods and some hot food like pies. My pie was, at best luke warm. My partners chicken and avocado sandwich had a grey green goop on it which I assume was avocado. This place has absolutely...no decor, depressing dark grey walls and equally deep resin chairs and tables. The staff weren’t very animated at all unless you were a local. It’s a no from me.More

Came here for lunch on my way back to Ballarat. I first tried the Pub across the road, but it was closed, so I came here. I decided to order the Soup special and a Tea. Soup was chicken and sweet corn and I got...a bread roll on the side. So delicious, I will definalty want to eat here again. Staff were quite friendly.More

Delicious offerings and great customer service. The bakery had just what I was after and more - really glad I stopped in as I travelled through this lovely town.

We stopped for morning tea yesterday. There were about eight other people there at two other tables. We ordered two coffees and a mint slice. The slice was very dry, crumbly and did not taste good at all. We waited almost half an hour for...the coffees and then she took them to the wrong table. It was AWFUL coffee and about fifteen minutes after drinking what we could of it, we both felt sick on the stomach. The bread we bought was nice and the bakery items other people bought looked good too. Maybe they should just be a bakery, not a cafe.More

We stopped at the Parkview Bakery for coffee on the way through town and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the coffee was. We are pretty fussy, and both my husband and I were very happy. It was a little milky, even after asking for...3/4 milk, but was still a great coffee. Thank you!More

Popped in a little if GF options would be available in a Bakery. I was offered a pumpkin and chickpea burger with salad - and it was absolutely delicious. They’re currently expanding their GF and vegan options, thanks to their Maryborough chef. Although this is...a basic bakery cafe - the staff are friendly and I appreciated catering for GF requirements.More
