Best breakfast burger ever!

Just dropped in here for a quick bite to eat and early morning coffee - my wife and I both ordered the breakie bun and a skinny latte each. My wife asked for gluten free, which they could do. only two geezers running the joint,...but all done with efficiency, proffesionalism and passion - burger was the best we have probably ever had. rate this 10 out of 10, and one of the geezers asked my wife how her gluten free brekkie bun was, which was a nice touch.More

Great Coffee!

Lovely Cafe where we had very tasty coffee and cake for afternoon tea, sitting outside in the lovely winter sunshine!

Sit down coffee review

It was a pleasant day so nice to sit outside. The service was friendly and coffee arrived soon after ordering. Coffee was fine.

Stopped in for brunch today.

Absolutely delicious. I had the açaí bowl and a croissant with a hot chocolate was to die for after a long hike to Portsea and back. Hubby had the bacon and egg roll which he also couldn’t fault. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in...here😁More

Lunch

Picked this place because of the more basic menu and were looking for something small and less fancy to eat. In saying that, the bruschetta and the banana bread dish were amazing and perfect serving sizes for what we were after. Would have got 5...stars but the service was fairly averageMore

Best coffee

Perfect start to the morning

Breaky here for the first time for a family of 3 plus two pupstars so outside for us Bit chilly but very refreshing Two big breaky’s which was very nice and a very big size !!! We could have shared one lol and poached eggs...which were cooked to perfection Fresh OJ which was AMAZING And a couple of mochas- best I have ever had So the big question - Would we come back? Breakfast

We went here with a friend. It’s very popular. First we received our coffee and hot chocolate, which was very good. The girls loved their coffee. I had the hot chocolate which was one of the best I have had. For a start it was...hot plus to top it off actual chocolate grated on top. Food was great good amount without being too much.More

Coffee and Muffin

An impromptu visit to Sorento, our favourite Vanilla Slice place was being renovated, so we dropped into Smashing as it had great seats in the sun. TGeh coffee was made to order, friendly staff, and a fresh berry muffin that was amazing as it was...straight out of the oven. The muffin was perfect, and the ambience of the place good. Would have been 5 stars but I am an anti surcharge person as I see that when it is charged it is your busiest day and the extra volume of people make up for penalty rates. Overall I would go back.More

Terrible and dirty

3 of us visited and the floor was filthy. As a infection control expert my wife mentioned this to the manager and was dismissed using the view that the floor was swept daily.

Very busy place but food worth the wait

We went for breakfast, with our dog. At least they told you there was a time wait for the food so we were aware of this. They were very busy. The food was worth the wait it was very well presented and tasted great. Standard...prices. Some nice fruit juice options too.More
