Cynthia and her team were exceptional in our private dining experience for 10 people recently. The food was simply outstanding , freshly prepared and beautifully presented. We had a very poor experience at Rasoi in Sorrento. First our order was completely wrong, we ordered chicken madras and saag aloo but got butter chicken and saag paneer. All of the dishes were overly creamy, lacking any refinement. Then there was the price,...the saag aloo was $29! That is extraordinarily expensive for an Indian veg dish (even in Sorrento). We were seated at a table next to the kebab place next door - with the connecting doors open, it was a drafty, cold experience. All in all, it was probably the worst Indian restaurant experience we’ve had in 7 years in Melbourne. How is this place still in business?More
Takeaway only during lockdown. Delicious food, and very generous serves. Best Indian we’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely recommend.
Great food, I had the vegetable korma for a takeaway lockdown dinner and it was delicious, super creamy and flavourful. Staff was nice, definitely going back.
Reservations not their best. But we were accommodated well for a party of five. Food was wonderful and really great value. Will definitely go back to this restaurant.

COVID so take-away, but others do this well and food had not suffered in transport. As usual ordered Butter Chicken to compare to others, which was ordinary at best, not being as good as frozen meal from Aldi. Breads were also sub par. The Beef...Madras was OK with good flavour though beef was a little tough. If you want Indian, go to Mornington where all 3 near Main Street are better.More
I purchased a couple of lamb Kababs tonight, has to be worst I have had, the lamb was processed and not very good. Heavily cut and too much chilli. Not enjoyable. I would have expected a better cut of lamb considering. The Indian food sold...here is wonderful but these kababs were terrible.More

Delicious Indian food provided with great service. Our waitress Prett was so attentive. She remembered every dish we ordered without writing anything down. I will definitely be going back here on my next visit
Last night we ordered takeout and it was ready in 15minutes. Both the Butter Chicken and Lamb Korma were delicious, with rice and naan bread!
