Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We've driven through Queenscliff plenty of times on our way somewhere else so, this time, we decided to have a two-night stay (see "By the Bay" under Holiday Rentals Queenscliff). The ferries are on a different timetable temporarily so we took the 1pm ferry for...a 2pm lunch reservation. The lunch crowd had largely gone when we arrived so the restaurant was pretty quiet. We started with a couple of martinis for me and an Asian Mojito for her. Based on our last visit, we had to both have the scallop ceviche for entree and, this time, the flash fried fish was baby snapper. All terrific and our bottle of Yering Station chardonnay was a good match. Lunches at Piknik at Swan Bay the following day and The Atrium at Sorrento on the way home were also most enjoyable.More

Celebrated a 30th wedding anniversary on a cold winter’s night at 360Q. A warm venue and friendly welcome, service was attentive, but understated. The menu accommodated the tastes of our party, and GF and vegetarian options were available. All course were served in a timely...manner, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed a range of items from across the menu for all courses.More

Beautiful location on the water We enjoyed a great breakfast there on Saturday. Both our meals ( eggs Benedict and the Big breakfast) were well presented and delicious. Staff were attentive and coffee was good. Lots of parking nearby. Would definitely come back here.

Had dinner with friends and good menu to select from with set price for either 2 or 3 courses. Good service, wine selection a tad short, and food was excellent.

A fine looking restaurant with a great view of the water but the 4 of us agreed our breakfast ‘with the lot’ was the worst we have ever eaten. Two vinegary poached eggs accompanied with 2 pieces of dry toasted bread, a mushroom and half...a heated tomatoe with what seemed to be 2 deep fried small pieces of bacon. A hash brown was represented by a deep fried potato cake. A weak coffee finished our meal. The staff were attentive and the only positive part of our experience. We will not be back.More

We do love going to 360q for its location on the water and views over the marina. Once again the staff were courteous. I don’t think we have ever had the same staff member ( or seen the same staff members) serve us in all...the times that we have visited 🤔 It’s a set course and set pricing offering of either 2 dishes or 3 . We always walk away satisfied with the 2. Always have vegetarian options and broad meat selection. Menu planning is good with broad variety of options. Meals can quite often be served barely warm 🙁 Wine selection represents local vineyards. Overall it is an enjoyable experience for a lazy Sunday lunch. Tip on a hot day asked to be seated inside the restaurant as the undercover outside area gets really hot and (cold in winter)More

Lovely view, friendly service. Menu was disappointing, minimal seafood for a restaurant on the water. I had the pork belly, it was tough and dried out. My husband had the beef which lacked flavour. The beans that we had as a side were overpowered by...the dried onion that was on top of them. Would not go back.More

29th December was far from the best experience at 360Q. Service was slow, for the evening meal, staff attitude was couldn’t care less about meals not being hot. Previous visits were highly commendable but after this experience felt waste of money. Look elsewhere in future.

The hospitality, atmosphere, and service made for the most memorable experience. I'm typically good at detecting flavours, but the secret ingredients that fused together like magic became about the savour. Thank you Barry Iddles. We look forward to returning to your amazing restaurant with the...spectacular, panoramic views. Caroline Mullarkey and Johnny Rebholz.More

Having read about this place we thought we would try while in the area. We were not greeted with any warmth, in fact it was cold. Asked if we had a booking, when we replied no, there was a snort and a huff and then...some furious looking at tables. Now, it was early for lunch and their were empty tables everywhere, most of which were still empty when we had finished. Rather ingraciuosly shown a table, no explanation on how the menu worked. After a short while our drinks orders were taken, then shortly after our meals. Again, no explanation, we had to work it out. The waitress was also cold and impersonal. Now I had read about 360Q having trouble getting staff, maybe they are forced to hire just anyone, because I would never hire such impersonal people for hospitality. The food when it arrived was good but not soectacular and we felt could have been hotter. The menu is not extensive but should suit most. There is also a kids menu, limited in offerings. Price wise it's not the cheapest, and considering the staff service, and the food quality its a little overpriced. There seemed to be lots oc regulars there, maybe there is nothing else around. Would I rush back, probably no.More

Dined for Lunch this week, Pros first, booked ahead had a lovely view, enjoyed our Entrees full of flavour's light & perfect. Cons waited at least 20 minuites after being seated for staff service, ordered wine, staff definitely not waiting around for food order: Mains...were dissapointing, we all had different meals, some just did not hit the mark, the flathead was overcooked, chips just warm, side salad stationary, desserts dissapointing, coffee like warm milk, cannot find the correct words for our staff experience. Service Great (Not) Staff Friendly (Not). On our visit definately not a 5 star experience.More
