Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Looking for somewhere for a break from driving. We noticed this place because of people sitting outside and the big coffee signs, but we were doubtful. Inside we had a lovely Mocca and hot chocolate, but the best part were the cakes. I had a...brownie based Cheesecake with chocolate and caramel whilst Judi had an oat crunch base Cheesecake with walnut and coffee topping. Absolute delicious. Great service with a smile and reasonably pricedMore

Great coffee, gorgeous little local cafe, friendly locals. Enjoyed a freshly baked ham and cheese scroll and a chat with some locals.

Straight away the cafe had a great ambience; colourful and happy. It has a great selection of tasty homemade cakes. We tried theBaileys cheesecake and the carrot cake. Both were delicious. I am a bit of an officianado of carrot cake and this one was...delicious tasting and moist. You could definitely taste the Baileys in the cheesecake. The coffee was excellent. We had one decaf cappuccino; no problem. Another friend had a Golden North ice cream; a special treat this side of the border. It was easy to park and plenty of very colourful tables and chairs to sit on with a intriguing distressed look; shabby chic! The rooms were both air conditioned and had fans. I met the owner; Amber, and she had a fanbase of happy customers whilst I was waiting to talk to her. Well worth a visit!More

We felt like a stop during our drive between Clare Valley & Daylesford & Trip Advisor suggested we should stop here in Nhill. We weren't disappointed. It was a quiet Saturday afternoon, but Amber & her sons were in the kitchen & there were hot...& cold drinks & savoury & sweet things available for us to try. The toilets are across the road in the centre park area, which is very handy.More

Called in here last Tuesday afternoon whilst traveling to Adelaide. The decor and goods are so funky and cool. Just ordered coffees and cakes ‘to go’ and the aroma of the coffee beans was out of this world whilst they were being prepared. Lemon curd...lamington was home cooked and fresh as were the apricot muffins. Girls were lovely amd shop was very clearly very popular. Well done Amber Sweet Bliss!More
