Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just stopped into the Natimuk Cafe for lunch, heard it was under new management and was hoping for a better experience than previous visits, we shouldn’t have bothered. How can you mess up a salad roll. Stale bread roll, that has been microwaved. Bottom of...roll still hot, top crumbled into hard bread crumbs when bitten into😩. Highly recommend you keeping driving past this cafe, best to stop at the pub for a snack.More

Trip Advisor suggested reviewing Nati Cafe so I’m taking the opportunity to advertise the fact that it’s FOR SALE or lease! We live in Nati and would love if someone would buy it as we miss it so much. It has been a great gathering...spot for Friday night dinner, mega social. Saturday morning we all gathered after bike ride for post ride breakfast or coffee and cake. Sunday morning was Nati cafe with all the church folk so maybe someone reading this review might be tempted for a mountain (Arapiles) change and open up our cafe. Great residence out the back which is still being run as an Airbnb. Kevin and Leeanne were fabulous cafe hosts and I’m sure would love to hear from you!More

We popped into The Nati Cafe for lunch as we passed through Natimuk after visiting Mt Arapiles. We waited a good few minutes to be served at the counter before choosing to sit/dine indoors and wait for our meals to be delivered. And wait we...did! Firstly my tea arrived (with a beautiful fine tea cup and saucer which was a delight), followed sometime later by my husbands coffee. A long time later, 40 minutes, our beans on toast and egg & bacon pide arrived. Food was nice enough but the wait was a bit too long! I will cut them a little slack as there had been a bike riding event earlier that day, but they definitely could’ve done with another set of hands in the kitchen or clearing tables. The food menu was very limited, however the tea and coffee selections seemed vast! I’d certainly pop back again if I’m in the area and there isn’t a sport event on in the town.More

I have been coming hear for 30 years, and still loving the pub for its warmth, shower, ( yes shower after 4 days climbing) and great staff. One mixes it with locals, grey nomads and climbers. And it works. All is good in this hood.

Great coffee and a nice place to have a beer after a days climbing plus they sell Cooper's beer. Very cool rock climbing vibe here so those travelling to the area can be fully submersed in the climbing culture. Definitely does need to be open...at least 6 days per week.More

Found this little café whilst travelling through to South Australia. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the food was wonderful. I had the Mez platter - choice of a small pizza - either fetta and spinach or lamb, and then various accompaniments such as...greens, tomatoes, hommus, fetta, olives, etc with it - delicious. My partner enjoyed the Thai sausage roll. Everything was fresh, tasty and homemade. We will definitely be calling in again.More

I love this cafe and have certainly enjoyed all my visits there. I especially love the hot chocolate, as I’m not a huge coffee drinker.

Went to this cafe for dinner. Homemade falafel was soft and tasty. Salad fantastic topped with herbs from their own garden. Peas and ancient grains fresh and tasty. Cakes are made by the owners. Look amazing. They serve a small selection of beers and white/red...wine. Large number of vegetarian options available. Open Fri, Sat and Sun only 7.30am - 10.30pm. Dinner service starts at 6:30pm. Fantastic cafe in this small town who ch is about halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne. There is an apartment behind the cafe. It is called Nati Cafe Apartments and is on Air BnB.More

A friend and myself dropped in for some late lunch over the weekend. I ordered coffee and a pied. My friend order 2 pied's with his coffee. Reason, for this sort of fare was usually a bit lacking in the quantity department. However, to his...surprise, 1 would have been more than adequate. Great value and quality. All the best to the new proprietors on your new venture.More

Welcoming and staff add to the comfortably relaxed atmosphere. Lots of activity on a Saturday morning. Locals, visitors, bike riders, hikers, rock climbers (Mt Arapilies is close by) add to a very comfortable and relaxed vibe. Prices are reasonable, coffee great and food fresh and...tasty with generous serves. Service is friendly and efficient. Well worth the 30 minute drive from Horsham. Highly recommended.More
