We were staying at The Mitchelton Hotel and called in for lunch at the rowing club. Nice scenic spot on the water. Meals were of generous portions. The staff were friendly and a good selection of tap beers available.

Nice food and view. Staff were very friendly. Calamari was very tender, the chicken parmigiana was a little over done. Will go back and will recommend 8/10
I would recommend to prebook if you can as it gets busy. Service was great and friendly. The view was stunning as well. Only negative was that we got all our foot and the one kids meal we wanted came last which made for a...not so happy child.More
The position of the Nagambie Rowing Club is fantastic. The ambience is terrific - Clean, Bright and Modern overlooking the lake. Choices are excellent - great variety. The seared scallops were lovely. The Special Parma was thick and juicy. However my Caesar Salad was boring...- especially the very old and stale croutons. Better to have none. Poached Egg would have been better instead of boiled egg. Could be improved.More
Dined here on Friday evening and watched an excellent sunset. Ordered cheesy garlic bread, seared scallops, chicken burger, grilled barramundi, and chicken pesto pasta, with sides of salad. All meals were very good, especially the seared scallops. Barra was cooked well, and the sriracha slaw...with the burger gave the meal a nice hit. Servings were a good size, service was prompt and staff were friendly.More
The staff were welcoming and friendly. Food very good and service was excellent. Highly recommended,
We had a lovely dinner on the deck, and while it was a bit bright before the sun sunk behind the lake, the view and colours were amazing. We shared the calamari entrée, then I had the Scotch Fillet and hubby the Gnocchi. The meals...were fresh and delicious, with the kitchen able to supply the hot English mustard I like to have with steak. You’d be surprised how many places dont.More
Excellence food and service. We were a large group and were made to feel at home. Staff looked after us. Nothing was a problem.
My wife and I had dinner here recently during our holiday in Nagambie. I had a scotch fillet steak with chips and vegetables while my wife had a barramundi fillet with vegetables. The food was very good. Service was excellent. We sat at a table...with a view of Nagambie Lake which was an added bonus.More
Have been here a few times now and have been very happy. Great meals, quick service and lovely staff.
Looking for lunch in town, wandered past the Rowing Club. Brilliant eating areas, overlooking the lake - indoors OR out, very good staff & such a find. Shout out to Alexander - we didn't have a booking, he wasn't fazed, greeted us like friends and...ensured we were comfy. Ordered lunch - Steak Sandwich for her, Porterhouse for him. Each meal was really well presented, beautifully cooked and delicious. Bar staff were equally friendly & helpful. This is a really happy memory, thanks Rowing Club.More
Thank you all for your wonderful service for my extended family. We were a large group and everyone commented on how lovely the service was and that the food was outstanding. Everyone that we connected with during the day were delightful and made our days....I had the turkey and ham for a main and it was delicious - we all loved the sample entree and desert was divine. I know how hard it can be when you are at work on such a special day but you guys were simply awesome. Thanks You!More
The staff talked extremely loudly amongst themselves and did not seem at interested in customers. Orders missing and took extremely long time. Asked for a different table and told it was booked. When left at 2.30pm still no one had sat at the table and...it did not have a reserve sign on it. I ordered first on our table and mine did not come out and I was told all meals had been delivered. Maybe as we were mainly a group of seniors our treatment was so bad. Coffee cups still on table from before meal until after. After waiting for an hour after our mains had to ask for our ordered deserts and they were angrily dumped in the middle of the table. The calimarie salad was 1/2 at cherry tomato, small wilted leaves and a shred of capsicum, free cold chips and 3 small bits of squid. Desert was cheap chocolate block cake with small dob of cream. Not worth it - extremely disappointing. Venue great that is why one star also cannot give less.More
Stopped for a meal mid week and managed the parma and glass of wine night for $20. Basin meal but good value. Room was great and staff attentive.
Have to say this was a surprise, were staying a couple of nights at Mitchelton Winery. After a dissapointing evening at Muse restaurant there we went into Nagambie to see what else was available. Most restaurants were closed as only opening Thurday to Sunday so...popped into the rowing club for a look and decided very nice dining area overlooking lake we booked and came back for dinner. Have to say all the staff were brilliant, even suggesting kids serves for my wife who did not want a huge plate ( which they are) parma and pot night Wednesdays $20 absolute bargainas as food was top quality. I left my coat on the chair when i left and the guy ran down the street to catch me when he noticed. Highly recommend.More
