The bakery has a great range of patries, sandwiches, rolls etc but the dine in experience is below standard. The tables are in average condition, sticky to touch and during our 20 minute stay, no staff cleaning occurred. Customer service was adequate and prompt. The...internal customer dining and counter areas require a decor upgrade and better direction/queuing for the array of counters. Making a few improvements would also benefit the busy snow season. An iced coffee served in a milkshake container with cream instead of the requested ice-cream did not add to the experience. Overall, we wouldn't rush back to this bakery. Rating 3/5 😬More

They must have a new pastrycook. The Pies are now so much better and the staff are really switched on. I eat here again. I will try the cakes next time

Their plain Sausage roll was one of the best I’ve tasted, Both moist on the inside and pastry fresh and crispy on the outside. No sauce needed on this bad boy. The meat inside was so flavoursome! Like homemade. Also tried the Thai chicken pie....10/10! Authentic curry flavour, nice big chunks of chicken. Superb. Will definitely be back.More

Very nice bakery with a great range of fresh pies and cakes. Went here twice during our stay in Mansfield. A busy little place though the service was quick.

On a road trip, stopped at this cafe / bakery, my 84yo mum gor herself settled at an indoor table after looking forward to something to eat. I went to the counter, ordered mugs of coffees. "Oh, we've got large paper cups, is that OK?"...No problem, that's fine! I ordered 2 pies, they started putting them in paper bags. I reminded them we were dining in. "Oh, we only have paper bags". "My mum needs a knife and fork and a plate to eat". When all other cafes around them were using crockery and cutley, this smacked of laziness, so as not to have to do any cleaning. Had to get mum to unsettle herself and leave and find elsewhere to eat. Loads of other options. Hey, there food might be brilliant, but I and my mother wouldn't know, so can't tell you about that!More

We called in here for a coffee traveler for our trip to Jamieson, my husband fancied an apple pie with cream for breakfast so we ordered these for our trip. The coffee wasn't bad but not great, although to be fair we haven't had a...good coffee since leaving home. The pastry on the apple pie was very thick but we did appreciate the person her served us taking the time to find cream when it was requested. Their pies, pasties and sausage rolls looked excellent and we will probably pick some up before leaving. Prices were good, service friendly and the store was very clean.More

We don’t get much variety in Mansfield and this bakery has not changed a poofteenth since 1985 when it appears that the bakery last had any paint or maintenance. Very depressing selection of tired bakery items on display which look like they may have been...actually made in 1985. Good selection of pies which are quite nice although the coffee here is legendary due to the fact that it tastes like sump oil. Noted they were selling bagels which I love thanks to my time travelling abroad. However when I got them home I discovered that the bagels were just round white bread rolls with a hole in them. I have never laughed so much in my entire life. Worth a visit just to experience a trip back to 1985. P.S. if buying bread just make sure you consume to all that day as bread will be hard and stale 24 hours after purchase.More

Small flat white was very weak and luke warm and pastie was average, mushy filling. The dog wouldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

Really nice food with nice and friendly staff with great prices we had the plain pie and cheese and bacon pie and a sausage roll my daughter never eats a whole sausage roll and she ate it all not a problem she loved it will...definitely go back next visit to MansfieldMore

We visited during the Covid 19 restrictions, so we couldn't sit down for a meal, but the pies were great. Try the Ned Kelly pie. Very yummy. Service was quick and friendly .

This bakery may be able to bake bread however they ain't no baristas. Expensive cappuccino was a warm flat white at best. Gave them two chances , won't be back.

While their pies etc are fine, there are no prices - so unless price is of no concern to you, don't go there. You have to ask the price for each item individually - even sandwiches have no prices, so you have no idea what...you will be paying if you add on some cheese or pickles. Its probably so they catch the skiing and boating crowd and feel they can just charge whatever they feel like and people will pay it as they are on holidays, but as a local, I like to know how much things are without having to ask. Will not be coming back if I can help it.More
