Cafe FourtyOne has become a quick favourite of mine, the staff are all wonderful and incredibly welcoming. The food is delicious, filling, and not overpriced. A country town vibe, simple, relaxed, wonderful. Also the hot chocolate was fantastic thank you ladies!

A solid choice

Recently I spent the day in Mansfield…. Being that I was disorganised, I didn’t arrive until the late morning. First I visited the visitor information Centre to get directions to go to the zoo, then I dropped in to the historical society, then realised I...needed to have lunch before I went to the zoo. Mansfield is an exceptionally pretty town, I found parking easy to obtain in the Main Street. I went for a walk and found this cafe. There is limited seating available out the front of the cafe, or you can choose to go inside, and there is a great deal more seating inside. The young lady who served me was quite lovely. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere. The food was tasty and the menu offered really solid choices. Possibly a little on the high side for prices, nevertheless, I would return this cafe and recommended it.More

Coffee and Raisin Toast

We enjoyed a post parkrun breakfast at this cafe. The coffee was very good and the raisin toast also hit the spot. The cafe was well patronised and looks like it is popular with both locals and tourists.

Great coffee and excellent service

A collection of delicacies in the refrigerated cabinets is just the start of what is on offer. Great coffee to suit the expert's taste and a large menu for breakfast and lunch makes choices difficult. A garden setting is available and plenty of room inside....You will not be disappointed (unless you dislike vanilla slice).More

The best bathroom visit!

Came in for a coffee and to borrow the bathroom, and the charismatic energy made our lil stop in just that much more special, the people who work here are a treat! ❤️

Enjoyed the Thai burger last November. Wanted to see if still good.

It was 8 months since I’d been, and it didn’t disappoint. The Thai burger with salad is delicious. Good coffee. And. Impressed that all tables were wiped down in between customers. Very important in Covid times. Thank you for a pleasant experience

Fresh Food with a Smile

The brunch was delicious at Forty One. We really enjoyed thr freshness of the bacon and eggs, and the milk. The service was efficient and quick. We waited for half and hour at another cafe to be served and left, but were served straight away...here. Would recommend.More

Coffee & cake stop

Coffee's were really good, vanilla slice is the BEST we have had. Nice friendly staff too. Tables inside and on the street, plenty of street parking. Price was reasonable. Covid-19 friendly

Breakfast stop

We visited for breakfast, the meals were very tasty and resonably priced. Service was quick, just needed to ask for a couple of things that were forgotten ie milk for tea and cutlery. Good location and we enjoyed eating in the court yard

Excellent food and service.

My husband & I had breakfast there. The food was of excellent quality and delicious, the staff were efficient and friendly. My husband had scrambled eggs with bacon and I had the Turkish bread bacon and egg roll, sounds very average but it was far...from it - both were so tasty. The Turkish bread was the best I have ever had, almost melted in my mouth but at the same time was firm with a slight crunch on the outside. Under $40 for two breakfasts with coffees, excellent price for the high standard service and quality food. Post COVID lockdown restrictions adhered to, tables clean and socially distanced.More

BEST VANILLA SLICES

Had a lovely lunch, Food was delicious and staff were friendly and efficient. Used to live near Mansfield 30 years ago and shopped and ate at this cafe every fortnight. The town is still lovely and the vanilla slices are still the BEST ever, Helen.
