This is a wonderful restaurant right in the heart of Mansfield. It is one of the top 3 in my view, and it could well be the best! Amazing food and vibe (it’s busy, noisy and stimulating)! The cuisine is Asian-Australian fusion, with shades of...Korean, Chinese, Indonesian, and Indian, built on a solid Aussie base. It’s sensational. Shared plates is the format, and we had 3 starters, two sides and one main (the lamb shoulder is too good to miss) between 4. The Shady Lane Shiraz from Heathcote was a lovely accompaniment! Great Asian-themed restaurant in downtown Mansfield that would not be out of place in Richmond. We had fried chicken, DIY bao rolls, and dumplings with cocktails. The service was fast and efficient without being intrusive and the meals were outstanding. Make sure you book before...as this fills up quickly....More

Not used to single women I had two choices in a half empty restaurant either a seat in the boiling sun or squeezed next to the entrance with constant traffic. The wait staff did not seem to think I needed service.. once we got over...that great food and good wine choice - reasonably priced’More

The food is amaaaaaazing! Pork belly bao was the best I’ve ever had and the prawn sandwiches were sooo good. Cannot recommend the food highly enough.

Nice food & cute little venue ♡ Sizing is small, but reasonable. Limited menu though. Not ideal for children Will visit again. 😊

Enjoying food we wouldn't cook ourselves, "The Fields" seemed a good option. Great choice. Having had a main course lunch we opted for four smaller shared plates. Just the right amount, tasty and nicely presented. The drinks menu offered a selection of cocktails, wines, beers,...spirits as well as non alcoholic choices. The staff were all efficient, willing to answer questions about the menu and appeared to be enjoying serving their customers. A great option for eating out in Mansfield that we'd like to revisit.More

Beware the Chippu. Actually chips and curry sauce at an inflated price. Salmon skewers were tasty but overpriced. Cos salad was delicious as were KFCs. Staff are hard to find but some of the young women lack a degree of grace and attentiveness although I...understand Targa makes for a busy time in Mansfield. Outdoor seating wasn’t really outdoors as blinds down enclosed the space and I felt uncomfortably close to the rowdy crowd next door. Fun good but not a peaceful place for a meal.More

Came here in the middle of Aussie covid and was so pleased to find this gem. Amazing food, plenty and happy staff who were helpful. Food came quickly. Delicious food and spectacular cocktails in a lovely setting

Good grief they served some of the nicest food I have ever eaten. The charred edamame are out-of-this-world good; I could have eaten them all day. My wife and I ordered the Feed Us option for 2, and it delivered in spades. Excellent, excellent food....Friendly and super-efficient staff. Wish we'd gone back to try other dishes. Massive recommendation.More
