The burgers were tasty and the buns were crispy. They couldn’t serve coffee that day and unable to issue a proper receipt for some reason. A little pricey and you need to order the chips separately. Other than that, worth a try. Staff are also...very friendly.More

My wife and I were visiting Mansfield for a couple of days to do some hiking in the high country and came across this place when searching for restaurants online. We love burgers and thick shakes, and the reviews were good, so we decided to...give it a try. We couldn't have been more disappointed. I ordered the Butcher Brothers Burger, which claimed to have double beef and double bacon. There were in fact two beef patties, although of very unequal size, and both very much overcooked. Not only were they grey inside, they were burnt on the outside. And there was not enough bacon to make even a single portion. If a burger comes with stringy bacon, I would expect 2-3 pieces as a standard, and double would of course be twice as much. This was 2 tiny pieces, total. The only redeeming quality was the bun. My wife ordered the Philly Cheese Brisket, which did not in any way resemble a Philly cheese steak. The brisket was not good at all, and for some reason had bbq sauce, which has no place on a Philly cheese steak but also which a good brisket would not require. Again, the bun was good. I also decided to try a chocolate thick shake, but this was the most disappointing thing of all. First, it wasn't chocolaty. Second, it wasn't thick. It tasted pretty much like sweet milk. We often have thick shakes at places like Burger Project or Betty's, which are both thick and taste like chocolate. I'm not sure why they had such a problem with it here. We definitely won't be back.More

My husband and I were instantly attracted to the smoker smell coming out of the restaurant. We were able to get a seat straight away, although there isn't alot available. The menu is detailed and has options of smaller items and meals of burgers or...ribs/smoked meat. My husband had a beef burger and I had a chicken one, both were delicious and the sides chips and potato gems were amazing! The service was friendly and someone was available if we needed. The restaurant appeared clean and we will be back when in the area again. Thanks.More

Would recommend the ribs here without hesitating. We wanted to take the ribs and chicken wings home for dinner and advised them we were going to reheat them. So they packed it all up for us and even gave us directions on reheating. Was some...of the best ribs and wings we have had from a restaurant in a long time. They had the right amount of smoke flavour that didn't overpower everything else and as for the Bourbon sauce I was quite happy to make a mess while eating because it was delicious. The wings also had the perfect smoked flavour to them. We did get success to go with the wings but ended up smothering them with the Bourbon sauce as well. Would highly recommend this restaurant next time your in Mansfield. Sorry for no pics but they didn't last that long when the smell wafted out of the oven.More

Walked into this cafe not sure if it was a coffee shop, burger joint or a bar. It's all three! The staff were friendly and efficient. Even the cook yelled out a greeting! Prompt coffee and off I went. The coffee was so good that...I had to sit down in the park/median strip that runs through town just so I could savour it. I did a bit of shopping and went back and ordered another coffee! Fantastic!More
