Travelling through to Riddell's Creek. Found this cafe by chance and it is well worth the stop. Coffee was great as well as the tea. Good choice of food and the service is friendly and prompt. Will visit again when in the area.

Lunch on a Spring day did not need lots of bread or a big spread. The special board advertised pumpkin & lentil soup - and it was superb. Sitting in this quirky cafe of local art, jewellery, scores of tea pots and a hotch-potch of chairs and tables, sipping lovely soup was a bit special. The place looks very average... More

We popped in for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, tasty, piping hot soup we were served with yummy warm toasted bread. Service was smiling & cheerful. Don't let the outside put you off.

Usually go for afternoon coffee and had fabulous cakes and the best home made scones. However went for lunch and it was excellent. A bit arty and something for everyone even had laptop plus wifi

Good place for quality snacks and lunch. Best coffee for miles. Quality local are adorns the walls, and a variety of pottery and jewellery is also on sale. The gallery has music afternoons and evenings.

We went for breakfast, not happy with service, uninterested staff, cold, old, tired, unfriendly environment - food boring and unappetising, I left my croissant, was stale and yuck.

We stopped here for breakfast as our motel did not provide breakfast. The Gallery opened at 9am and we were able to order from the 'secret' menu which consisted of your basic cooked breakfast items. Staff were friendly, the food was good and reasonable priced and the coffee was also good. The table that we sat at had a table... More

Mad Gallery has a lot to offer it really does have wonderful coffee but also local artists display their many art forms. They have beautiful quality clothing and jewellery also a range of crockery that would make a lovely gift. Mad is well worth a coffee stop.
