Stopped by for breakfast before an early morning Appointment in town and continuing our trip on to Griffith. This place is a gem, with staff and food being fantastic and fresh. Oh and the coffee is great too. My wife loved the Ruby Super Bowl...and my Granola with local poached fruits, really hit the spot.More

Great spot for a Saturday catch up with friends. Coffee was spot on, and the burger would be my "must have" on the menu. With a team that's totally attentive and a kitchen crew turning out excellent meals, its well worth a visit!

Yet another funy Kyneton cafe, this one on the main drag Healthy choices as well - had a great lentil soup on a cold day. Good coffees and of course excellent service. Will be back and recommended for those drving through Kyneton

After walking up and down the main streets of Kyneton looking for somewhere not too crowded we chanced upon Ruby Cafe. What a find - food was delicious and the service was great. There was a sign saying that some staff were being trained which...was so good to see.More

I arranged a business meeting here today based on the online reviews and I was not disappointed. I arrived and signed in - Sign in Area is immediately inside the door. The cafe offers street parking on a very busy street, but a local tells...me there is also parking behind this cafe. Service was reasonably good... we ordered hot chocolates. Value was what you would expect- $10 for two hot chocolates. The hot chocolates were decadent with the most amazing, silky marshmallows accompanying them. I would return just to have another one!!More

Luckily we'd booked for lunch on a Friday because most other tables were taken. Menus on the table, order at the counter. We ordered one corn fritter and one scrambled eggs. Meals came piping hot in less than 15 minutes and were very nice. Had a fabulous Panacotta granola fruit bowl for breakfast/brunch. Friendly staff. Prompt service. Highly recommend .
