Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a great coffee and muffin at this place today. It has been difficult to find soy milk at some of the cafes in the region, but this one was great. Also a nice muffin. The people were friendly.

We stopped in on our way home from Adelaide, pushing it for time. When we arrived the owner was literally just closing but was so lovely and turned the toaster back on so we could get something to eat. The cafe has a very homely...vibe and our toasted sandwiches were good. Would definitely recommend just for the great service and friendly owners alone!More

We bought lunch here to take to the fabulous wetlands park, kids needed a play. The cafe had reopened with new owner, who was friendly. Coffee was good, fresh sandwiches were made for us and everyone enjoyed them. We bought some yo-yo biscuits for the...remaining trip and these were perfect. Great place for fresh food on trips to and from Adelaide.More

Nice place to drop in for a hot coffee and a snack. This is a small country town, so very friendly but a little laid back. Food is fresh and good portions.

Located near the public toilet block with roadside park and the iconic windmill we tried this cafe for coffee for the first and probably last time. Not sure whether it was the time of day being mid afternoon or something else but the whole experience...and coffee was just average.More

Lovely service, paper to read, nice walk down country town street. Sheep art was good. Locals have decorated a number of sheep sculptures depicting important things for the locals!

We had the quiche, smashed avo on toast, eggs on toast all washed down with coffee. Great service and quickly produced our order. Nice little cafe

We chose the cafe to meet for lunch but we were disappointed. The range of food choices was poor. I ordered a BLAT, my husband had a chicken & cheese focaccia & his sister had a chicken and mayo roll. All were very plainly presented,...but not at same time. When we asked for water we were told that they only have bore water. Although we stayed to chat our dirty dishes were not removed. The highlight was the lovely table and benches in the shade outside.More

It can get really busy being such a small place so either eat on the run or relax and enjoy the outside whilst you wait. I ordered a vegatarian stack and whilst it was delicious as the fresh produce served it was overpriced and cucumber,...tomatoe and Avacado don't really constitute a 'stack'! Would also suggest an alternative type of bread to add extra flavour. Other prepared food was okay and everyone seemed to enjoy them. We've stopped here before as its always pleasent just the stack was lacking.More

This place seems popular with passing traffic as well as locals. We called in for a break on our way home from Adelaide. Our drinks were good and the service friendly and prompt. Just what we were looking for.
