Since Chachi opened its doors we have enjoyed the most delicious food, often with locally sourced ingredients, and divine coffee.
Whether during lockdown or now with waiting at tables the service is always with a warm smile. It's a truly special place!

Take some time out and dine at this gorgeous restaurant. Get a seat inside or sit outside if it's not too cold. The staff are fabulous! Very hospitable staff, a great vibe and wonderful food and drinks. Can't speak highly enough of the service and attentiveness of staff. The home made Italian bread is delicious. We ordered a chai latte, latte and 2 Panino Maiale e Uovos - Egg, bacon, cheddar and house made relish. Delicious and filling. So fresh and I would have purchased a jar of relish if I'd seen it! The chai latte is properly made, with all of the spices, not syrup. YUM! Beautifully presented. Can't fault a thing! We are so glad we found this gem. We also found out that you can order fresh baked croissants and calzone for dessert that only take around 15 minutes! Unfortunately we didn't leave room for dessert! Next time! Highly recommended.

Beautiful breakfast, such a lovely little find. Owners were passionate about their food and Cassie who looked after us was friendly and looked after us. Her recommendation of the mushroom dish was appreciated as it was delish. Great coffee too!

Chachi has been serving the best coffee in town all lockdown and have now been able to open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tiny kitchen manages to produce house made pasta, bread and pastries that celebrates local produce. Friendly staff will make you feel like a local even if its for a take away coffee. Best cafe in town.

Thoroughly attentive and aware of the customer experience. The food was very good, coffee the best we’d had for a few days. Attention to cleanliness impressive.
What impressed us the most was the delayed meal??????? Yes we had to wait longer as the server did not like the way the pizza was cooked, and returned it before it got to our table

I recently had my 40th birthday at Fluid Lounge Bar downstairs from Chachi, with Chachi catering the party. The food was sensational with everyone commenting on the food. The food was brought down from Chachi throughout the night and no one was left hungry. I had vegetarians and vegans at my party and Chachi went out of their way to accommodate this. Nothing was any trouble and can’t wait to head out to Healsville again to eat at Chachi. Thank you to Themia and his team for making my party so special.

We were fortunate enough to be able to get a table here before final orders on a Friday night. Very relaxed dining. Table service was excellent with some great eating options advice. Food is prepared in a tiny kitchen but everything is prepared to order and is worth waiting for

Chachi is absolutely scrumptious, in aesthetics and flavour. This exquisite dining experience covers all bases. We have tried Chachi in its many forms- an intimate, midweek lunch for two; dinner with the girls; takeaway coffee; and a quick cuppa that turned into a long lunch. There is something irresistible here that draws you in slowly. I wonder if it’s the unique, little teaspoons matching the perfectly sized teacups?! Of course it is! But, it is also the sophisticated and adventurous menu, which offers baked treats to order, and is more than accommodating to vast dietary needs. I can’t recommend the Chachi team and their impeccable service enough! Treat yourself to a timeless and authentic dining experience. It is absolutely divine, and our favourite place to visit in the Yarra Valley.

I dined recently at Chachi Yarra Valley and it was a fantastic experience. We were a diverse group with a vegetarian, a pescatarian, two children, an older couple and a couple of hard to pleasers. The owner and staff were delightful and catered for all our dietary needs. We asked to be fed and the staff delivered. We had a couple of platters with cheese, pesto, pickled veg and cold meats (piatto misto), a selection of pasta and pizza and some desserts, all to share. To accompany the meal we drank a local Savarro which was delicious, and perfect for a long lunch outside. If we lived closer we would definitely be regulars. I highly recommend Chachi to anyone visiting Healesville looking for great food and excellent service.

I just love this little café and it is now my new go to for a Sunday relax and unwind. You immediately feel like you are somewhere in the streets of Italy, hidden away in a cosy small Italian café. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is exceptional and who could not be in awe of Chachi the boss. A real little gem in Healsville that I want to keep as my secret

Our favourite spot in Healesville. So glad we found this place - if you blink you'll miss it! Lovely little hidden laneway takes you to Italy with its charm and ambiance. Beautifully stocked shelves with local produce, adorable painted artwork of the boss (a fluffy dog), and Italian music to put you in the zone. Handmade pizza pasta and calzone, coffee on point, great wine selection. Staff impeccably trained to give you the finest service that is humble, professional and fun. Can't fault any part of the experience.

This restaurant has the vibe and ambiance of being in Italy! The fresh and locally produced food, to everything being prepared and cooked themselves. Fresh bread, pizza, pasta, marinades and pestos are just to name a few!
The customer service they provide is above and beyond, they make you feel at home and are always happy to help.
Every time I head into Healesville I always try and stop in, whether it’s just for a coffee, or a snack or a meal.
I absolutely love their Piato Misto which is essentially like an antipasto platter and their homemade truffled mushroom pesto. You can buy a jar for home!
I highly recommend stopping in to experience the delicious food because if you haven’t already, you’re missing out!

Excellent! Delicious food and impeccable service. Our family of four enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch here and could not recommend it more highly. We had two pizzas, the baked eggs and the pasta special and polished all the food promptly. We did not mind the wait with such high quality food presented and 5-star hospitality. Our girls asked if we could return again soon!

I went to Chachi with my family it was amazing.They had great food and a cosy atmosphere and we even got blankets!! The Owner greeted us and was such a positive and fun person he made my experience 3X better I got the margarita pizza with fresh basil and buffalo cheese. He talked to us about the specials and talked about the restaurant my food was spectacular and replenishing my whole family enjoyed it and we even enjoyed the dessert we also loved the hot chocolate as it was freshly made with real chocolate. I strongly recommend that you go to Chachi.

A sleepy Saturday morning in Healesville called for a decent brekky, and not bakery style. A short wander down the main drag and we were greeted by the owner of Chachi. Amazing man, genuine, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive of his staff.
Menu is not your standard bacon and eggs etc, but I've never had a freshly baked chocolate croissant (12 min wait after sit down order) before. Simply superb. Breaky pizza topped with fresh local ingredients from Glenburn, Yea and surrounds. A great support of the Yarra Valley.
Also open for lunch and dinner, make sure you drop in to Chachi if you are visiting Healesville.
