Came here for dinner on a Monday night. Steaks were great. Classic aussie pub food. Good selection of drinks as well.

Very big family pub. Very busy on Saturday night but food came very quickly. Had a very good ribeye. I think kitchen closes at 8.30. And probably best to book on busy nights.....

Had dinner with father and sister. We all choose the calamari and salad. It was delicious meal. Our only issue was that it was too large! None of us could finish this beautiful meal. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. I would certainly go back.

Very friendly staff and good quality good sized meals. Great views over countryside to the rear of the hotel. Small inside play area available for the kids. Only thing that lets it down is there is now no salad bat.

Parmas were the size of our plates! Really nice and would be lovely in the summer to sit outside and take in the views. Make sure you book though, we almost got turned away.

Food was fantastic and the beer was cold. Location is nice, with views over paddocks with mobs of roos. We ate the week after the Aust Day long weekend, so it was quiet and very relaxed. The staff were attentive if you got their attention but were more interested in chatting to each other, and in shutting up the place... More

We always spend our last night dining at the Halls Gap hotel when in town for a few days. Friendly staff, reasonably priced meals, indoor and outdoor dining, big outdoor area for the kids to play. Located just outside the main town.

First up, if you want to eat inside make a booking. We rocked up without making one and couldn't get in, we were given the option of trying the public bar or outside on the balcony. We opted for outside and were lucky to get a table on a busy Saturday evening. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly,... More

Great food and even better atmosphere. Outside area is perfect for kids to run around on the grass while you enjoy a refreshing ale

We had schnitzels which were nice and the pepper sauce was lovely. The kids enjoyed their meals and even got a salad free or charge. The cost was ok at $10 each kids meal (although there was no ice cream which they hated). All in all a good pub dinner with lovely views.

Thank Samantha S
