We were really happy with our takeaway from here. The fried flake was pretty much the best I’ve ever tasted. Beautifully battered and cooked. Everything else - potato cakes, dim sims, scallops etc - was great except the chips weren’t quite top draw. It’s a...really good place though and we’ll certainly return again.More

I’ll keep it short. This is the best Fish & Chips in Victoria. Crisp chips. A light crisp tempura type batter on the fish. Simple & totally delicious.

This is the second time we have bought fish and chips from Lucky Catch and they are the best fish and chips we have ever had on the Mornington Peninsula, well done Lucky Catch !!!

Its not fancy. You cant eat here. Its just a good old fashion fish and chip shop. You go in, you order, you wait. The fish is fresh. My children claim these are the best chips on the peninsula - i would have to trust...them as, unlike them, I haven't tried too many.More

Overall this place serves good fish and chips. We use it as our local when we are at our beach house in Dromana. Have been here quite a few times and the food has been consistent each time. A couple of times the flake has...been a bit dry, but on most occasions it is fine. The fish size is generous. The chips are actually quite good - have never been too oily. Potato cakes are average so we stay away from those. Fried Dim Sims are good as are the Corn Jacks. Have not tried a phone order but we like to eat early so we get there and order about 5:30 and are eating at home usually by about 6:00pm. We will continue to return there regularly.More

For the second time now we rang on a Friday night to order fish and chips. For the second time now, they estimated 15-20 minutes. For the second time now, the actual time was more than 45 minutes. There won’t be a third time. There...are lots of local choices. Try somewhere else.More

The grandkids were hungry after there swim so l called in and purchased flake and chips and also potato cakes. It was enjoyed by everyone the best on beach road. There was nothing left for the sea gulls

I got the Fisherman's Basket and it was really yummy and the scallop was huge! I will definitely be eating from here again when in the area. Customer service was really good as well.
