Staff are friendly and efficient with the added benefit of a quaint lolly shop with old style lollies and presentation. Not large but certainly brings back memories of Chew Chew bars licorice blocks and so on. Menu is reasonable and will suit most
Fantastic service, fantastic food, fantastic location. Widow Twankey’s is our favourite local cafe and well worth the visit if you’re in Clunes. It’s hard to go past the Belgian hot chocolates (or if you prefer coffee ask for the ‘posh mocha’) and the butter chicken...More
We went for lunch with friends and to my amazement they had some gluten-free dishes. I enjoyed a roasted vegetable tart with the best gluten-free pastry I've had in a while. My (non-coeliac) friends all enjoyed toasted sandwiches and other tasty lunch-time fare. We all...More
Very good food with excellent coffee. Service is very good, friendly and polite. Food is simple and to a very good standard. Generous servings at a reasonable price.

Had lunch here and everything about it was great. Focaccias, pancakes and thick shakes were all delicious, prices reasonable, and the service was prompt. Thoroughly recommended, and absolutely the best place for a meal in Clunes.
As regular visitors to Clunes we look forward to the Widow T's for our favourite yummy quiches with espressos, tea, and cold fruit juices. Chilled carafes of water too. The colourful walls create a casual, welcoming atmosphere. Note - if it's busy you may have...More
