Another scrumptious lunch. Two ‘Specials’ were offered. Pea and Ham soup and Spanakopita. Decisions decisions. I chose the spinach and feta spanakopita. Good choice! Dining friend chose the house made beef pepper and mustard pie. Both plates were returned empty. We each chose straight from...the oven banana bread with butter for dessert. (Must support the Dairy Industry!) Delicious. I took 2 serves of the soup home. Another winner. A great local Eatery. Good service good selections available ex wine/s good food and good hosts. Thank you Snout.More
Great for a relaxing lunch or Friday-Night-Tapas-Special. 'Snout' sources local or close to local produce as much as possible. Service is always attentive without being obtrusive and over some years, we have never had a disappointing meal. 'Elevenses' or Afternoon Tea is equally as good....Meals are thoughtfully presented and staff very willing to assist answering questions or advising if requested.More
Visited the Snout In The Trough with friends.
The food was well prepared and very generous servings.
If your hungry or even mildly hungry a must have is the big breakfast.
Coffee was made well.
A must plave to visit while in Camperdown.
Hands down the number one place to go for breakfast and lunch In town. Great service, great atmosphere. You will not find a better coffee anywhere. Friday night tapas and cocktails. This place really delivers on all fronts! Highly recommended.
I have been to The Snout a number of times and have always enjoyed the food. It has a really good selection for gluten intolerant people as well as omnivores. The staff are always friendly and willing to adapt dishes in case of special likes...or dislikes. And the coffee is good!More
