Very bad customer service. Don’t book this restaurant as it has very poor management and I’m disappointed with the level of service they have. Don’t got here!!

A very popular place, we were seated at a counter at the front window, good for watching the world passing by. We shared scallops, cod croquettes, I had the mushroom rissois and my son the chorizo. all very good. For main potatoes and lamb shoulder....But the highlight was the sticky pudding with pears. Alkoomi chardonnay and Onanon Pinot filled the brief for the wines. Good service from Matt. Had an issue with getting charged $80 for cancelling one of our party, but Jonathon from the restaurant had it reversed as promised.More

Atmosphere, service and food is outstanding. Hidden gem, dark lit mood lighting in courtyard setting with bar. Share plates, food is very special, so delicious and a very talented young chef.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G experience. Staff is really friendly and efficient and the food… awesome job from the kitchen staff. From starters to desserts, everything is so tasty, beautiful plating and cockery, easy to share if needed… I do recommand that place!!

This is a buzzing place in the heart of Double Bay. We had the chefs degustation $80 a head and it was all lovely - it was a lot of food I was glad I had skipped lunch! The service was great. But what really...blew me away was the wine list , it was amazing. A great place.More

We decided to try this bar as it was close to where we are staying. We ordered the peeking duck with potato, chorizo on fire, and the cheese plate. All of these meals today were amazing and very nice. E photos prove this. The bar...is located in the city of double bay australia. It offers upstairs and downstairs. The staff we’re very good and made shore that everyone was following covid protocols, social distancing and showing vaccination status. We were offered by very friendly staff who were always willing to help. I would absolutely recommend this barMore

COVID takeaway - after countless amazing meals at Bibo, tonight was our first night takeaway Anyone who is expecting the same as what they get when they dine in anywhere - should cook at home on their own But this was as close as we’ve...had to what we would normally eat - every dish was as perfect a takeaway meal as you could get and as close to eating in as possible I know how tough it must be for the whole industry , particularly place like this that don’t do takeaway … so than you guys You’re making getting through this much easier Best wishes to you allMore

Well been going 5 years . And tonight was terrible . After spending $310 on a wine and a dinner was asked for dessert . Said no dessert . But will come back to me about wine .....Then told can we leave ..... and still...Charged full price !!More

Simply perfect in all aspects. The food and service was first rate. We had the chef’s menu plus a selection of wines. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended. We will certainly be back soon.

Amazing staff, great service and exceptional food and wine. We had the chefs menu and every dish was superb; incredible flavours, presented beautifully and generous serves to share. We will definitely be back!
