A group of friends - eight in all were on the lookout for a good breakfast spot, view of the beach near our hotel and out of the sun on a Saturday morning - Impossible you may ask but no!! We stumbled upon the Ashiana with a view of the ocean and staff who were happy to adjust the seating... More

A great selection on the menu, rather than the normal standard Indian restaurant fare you get at other Indian restaurants. Have dined in and had take away on several occasions, and i have never been disappointed. Awesomely tasty meals that make you mouth water as they arrive at your table

Good curry, not the best in Sydney, but more than adequate for a night out. Could do a little bit better with the toilets, outdated, small and the floor was covered in water.

Nice food and good service. We ordered chicken jalfrezi and chicken tikka masala. Surprisingly both dishes looked the same and tasted very similar. Rice and nan were good. The two serving ladies had their own way of doing things but were pleasant and efficient.

This place needs a fire hose and a broom through it - I have no problem eating off the streets in Delhi and Mumbai, but I really struggle with a place that isn't honest about what they are touting - in other words, don't pretend to be restaurant with linen napkins in an upperclass tourist area but be dirtier than... We dined at Ashiana on a Saturday night without a booking. We were welcomed and shown a table to our liking. The service was very good and attentive. The goat was excellent as was the chicken korma. The Keema Naan was a tad over cooked but still delicious. I'll go back when I next visit Manly.

Visiting family in Manly and decided to try an old favourite from years ago as yhe youngest member of our crowd wanted butter chicken. Upstairs off the Courso is the best indian around. Tru favours with fresh spices.

Here on holidays and am so happy that we found this restaurant. Great service, very friendly waitresses. Kids even got a lesson in napkin folding. Food was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Lots of memories walking up the stairs to this Manly indian staple. Owner has been teaching indian cooking at the catering college up the hill, and produces consistently good dishes. Good for large groups of couples, child friendly if you can get up the stairs.

This restaurant has really good Indian curries. We tried 2-3 different ones and the curries were fantastic. However Entree wasnt as good as the main course curry meal. Breads were also average.
