Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A family member was visiting Sydney. So 6 of us went to Kazzis for a very early dinner. 5:30! It’s quite a big restaurant with tables on the footpath. The front of restaurant windows doors open up to let the sun and air in. But...it was a bit cold for that! We’ve been there before and booked a table at the front of the restaurant overlooking the ocean in Manly. Fabulous. The food was Greek styled and varied and very tasty. Not too expensive either. All in all we enjoyed ourselves. Recommended.More

We booked for lunch the day before and when we arrived there was no table reserved for us and the hostess found us a table at the back of the restaurant. When we asked to Move we were unable because the other tables were already...reserved. Funny that! Food was fair only. We were alittle disappointed as we have eaten here previously and had a good experience.😲More

Almost completed our Manly staycation. On recommendation dined at Kazzi. The food & setting could not be beaten in Greece.Food , service , setting …. Everything was amazing & for about half of what we’ve been paying at Manly’s “Top” restaurants. I’m starting to wake up !!...They have one just opposite the public dining room at Balmoral beach, a suburb starved of decent eateries. You now have a great place to go Thanks for a wonderful dining experienceMore

Sorry I normally don’t write reviews but this was so bad I have to, is it that hard to serve poached eggs that aren’t cold and overcooked or at least a warm, even hot cup of coffee? Wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be back!

Popped in for an early lunch, water came quickly, then we waited and waited. Three serving staff, maybe only five tables with anyone on them. Two serving staff just wandered around, twiddling their hair or biting their nails. After waiting around 15-20 minutes we just...got up and left! Maybe the one in Balmoral will be an improvement.More

What a great place to find on the Northern beaches. The place looks like a Greek restaurant, smells like one and sounds like one. The staff an excellent, know the food menu and the drinks menus and offered excellent advise. Parking is across the road...or a 10 minute walk from the Whister street carpark. I must say the wine selection is not large but the quality is excellent. My wife loves her red and has great knowledge about what is good or not and she felt this selection as good more expensive places that best we have eaten at.More

I live locally and come here all the time with family, friends or on my own. The staff are awesome - friendly, attentive, happy and always so welcoming. The coffee is consistently excellent, the menu extensive and the food delicious. Even on a busy day...the service is great whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or coffee and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. Kazzi’s has brought North Steyne to life and made this beautiful area an even more enjoyable place to spend time. I can’t recommend it highly enough, such a great addition to Manly.More

The rude wait staff rushed us to order and told us the meals were large enough to share. The lamb was fatty, and the apparent "greek salad" came without olives or fetta. The meals were small (and overpriced) so when we tried to order a...3rd one (for only 2 small adults), we were told they needed to move us because the table was booked. We had only been there for 45 minutes, and were not told of any time limits when we booked. It was my birthday and we were happy to continue to order the wine and the food. So why rush us out the door? This was the worst restaurant experience we have had in many years.More

Father's Day and we had guests. Arrived to be told that the "Banquet for 2" was the only option. "We rang everybody on Monday", the Manager told us. However, we only booked on Thursday. Perhaps that was why it was not busy. Trapped, we went...along with it, missing out on the dishes we had already chosen from the online menu. My wife eats very little so we negotiated for a Banquet for 3. BUT, all had to be meat or vegetarian, no variety. Nothing special about the food, but the price was a premium. The glasses for the "complimentary" wine (all tables received these) arrived, but the wine never came. The focus was obviously not on the customer. Not a problem, we won't be back.More
