Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly service, very happy to alter fettuccine to penne, generous serve in a delicious carbonara sauce with mushrooms and shaved Parmesan with a sprinkling of parsley - perfection in a bowl. Hawaiian pizza with generous topping and crisp light base was also a hit. Menu...was extensive and all meals served to other customers looked well presented and delicious too. Highly recommendedMore

Nice cafe near the beach. Although looks like any other simple cafe, but the food and service were surprisingly quite good. The oysters were fresh, the lobster was good too. No wonder always crowded.

In the heart of Manly. Friendly staff and quick service. We had crisp Chicken and Mango and Prawn salads, delicious Prawn Pizza and salt and Pepper Squid. Good value, and friendly, casual atmosphere.

Firstly, let’s start with the watered down cocktails. The $4 saving was the alcohol they didn’t bother to put in. Secondly, the food was cooked in the same oil they use for everything it seemed as it altered the taste of what was already a...bad piece of fish. Then there was a lovely surcharge despite it not being a weekend or a public holiday. The place hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while, the seats were uncomfortable, the bathrooms are nicer on the beach (that’s saying something) and it’s just a completely wasted opportunity given where it is. To the person who said they would have preferred a meal from Woolies …I concur!More

I popped by here one Monday morning to grab some breakfast. A very busy, but still friendly lady took my order, and everything came quickly as I had given her my time schedule. I had a latte and a bacon and egg roll. Perfectly OK....And she delivered everything on time so that I could get away for my next appointment.More

The menu is mostly Italian, and we ordered a couple of pasta dishes. Both were very much an Australian interpretation of italian food. The seafood ravioli lacked a 'seafood' flavour and was overpowered by the lemon flavour of the sauce. The other dish also lacked...flavour despite having lots of ingredients. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was cold and draughty, as the doors were left open even though it was blowing a gale. The toilets were shabby, with dirty doors (handprints etc.)More
