Great service, and great server recommendation to steer me from the full fish to the filet. Wine is rather inexpensive - by the glass. I added vegetables for my side and was kind of surprised it was standard. Was rather unimpressed with the ladies washroom. Management could definitely do better. Kudos to the all the servers; they were pleasant and... More

Had lunch here while visiting the beaches areas. Guess we were expecting more than what was delivered. The Caesar salads were good with parmesan cheese slivers , I had their Procuioto ham, cheese, and dandlion leaves plate with a slice of sourdough bread. A really disappointing glass of water with chocolate syrup and ice cubes was billed as a glass... More

After reading lots of good reviews on Tripadvisor we opted to have dinner here one Friday night instead of at our usual favourite Ribs and Rump. The food was nice, nothing amazing or particularly memorable, but it wasn't horrendous either. My husband paid nearly $60 for a kobe steak which came a little overcooked and with no sides other than... More

A very good restaurant right at Manly beach. The environment is great especially over the weekend when it's more crowded. Great steak and incredible ribs. It's super tasty and massive!just need to work more on their chips. Don't miss this place.

It's not often I leave a review that I would class as a bad review but there are a few exceptions. Went here after a long day and a calming walk along the seafront, from the outside it was busy, we were provided with a table at the front of the restaurant as per our request, the table was in... Whenever its someones birthday, promotion, new car...any type of celebration we use it all as an excuse to go to Manly Grill for some Pork Ribs or the Rib/Chicken combo. These are hands down the best pork ribs I have had on the Northern Beaches...anyone I ask and they agree. Finger licking good! I honestly haven't tried anything else from... More

First of all, if you're debating going to Manly, just do it. It's beautiful in the summer. Great shops and eats. Really family and dog friendly. We needed somewhere for lunch and found this spot. My mom had the spinach and gruyere scallops and I had the flathead fish and chips. Both really good and fairly reasonably priced considering the... More

Manly Beach is a fabulous place to visit at any time. We each had a Beach Breakki at Manly Grill - poached eggs, smashed avocado, sliced potatoes and a few vine tomatoes and toast. Just lovely. Nicely presented and thoroughly enjoyable. The service is good. Staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Worth a visit.

The food is great. I tasted crocodile for the first time of my life and loved it. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Would recommend it!

Staying in Manly

Neighbourhood Profile
Manly
A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well, especially along the family-oriented areas like Shelly Beach. An excellent way to experience Manly is to rent a bike and explore the dedicated bike paths and off road trails. The North Head National Park is another must-see. Located on the southern tip of Manly, North Head National Park offers great bushwalks and panoramic views of the city.
