Our sons choice as a birthday treat was lunch at this restaurant, greeted by charming lads showed us to a nice table by a large window. Drinks orders were taken and brought promptly, buffet was explained and off we went lol. Food was absolutely gorgeous to be fair, the starters were very varied and plenty of choice, all were simply... More

I was staying on the campsite and called in for a takeaway. I placed my order and came back to pick it up. Took it back and guess what? Completely wrong. Ordered rice. No rice , chips. They weren't busy at the time, how the hell can you get it wrong? The meal was ok but I was annoyed. This... More

Visited with friends. Service was poor and the one waiter who tried cracking jokes was annoying. He recommended beer in place of that we ordered which was poor and disapointing. Service was slow and unattentive. Food was OK but compared to previous visits the madras dishes are almost unedible as they are too hot. I thought this was a one... More

Take away ordered in person at 7pm recieved 8pm, poor taste to tandoori dishes, jafrezi too hot to eat, this is a dish I have sampled all over the world, beware. I agree with previou comments they don't seem to be able to cope with a full restaurant and a takeaway service, the people next to us in the restaurant... More

My friends and I ate here last evening in a group of 5. The surroundings are pleasant once you get into the building which is set in a holiday camp. We were greeted warmly and seated but it took ages before anyone took our drinks order despite us asking twice. We also had to ask twice to order food! The... More

I've been using the Raj Kinara (for takeaways) for several years, and the food has always been excellent. I always recommend it 100% to anyone visiting the area, and I would go there every week if I could (its a bit pricey, but worth it). The staff always offer to sell waiting customers a beer (which is a bit concerning... More

As usual the food was impeccable. Don't get me wrong, I've read a few reviews about staff and treatment. I have never encountered problems with the staff. Although sometimes , when the restaurant is busy, usually during special occasions and holidays, there will be a natural slowing of pace as the staff try to cater for the increased volume of... Great service, food is spot on. Never had a bad meal here. I've eaten in- house as well as takeaway. Staff are always friendly. Can be busy in summer months, recommend booking.

Our booking was messed up, we were sat for ages before anyone came to ask us even to order drinks. When ordering drinks we had no menu and the waiter had no clue as to what drinks they served. We didn't get menu's for a while either. It used to be a good restaurant but like every place in Wales... More
