Old pub with modern decor. Clean well presented rooms with a big comfy bed nice linen and good pillows (a big plus in my book). Freshly cooked breakfast with local produce. Friendly staff what else does one need. ThanksMore

Arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and were made very welcome. Staff were delightful and made our visit very enjoyable. I had a roast pork dish and my partner salmon. Both were excellent. Will come again

Description
The Nags Head Inn is steeped in all the history you might expect of a rural treasure. Originally known as The Nags Head Hotel, it was formerly a coaching inn for passing trade along the main trunk road from north to south Wales and has always been a destination on the Montgomery Canal.
