My husband and I had our second evening at this cosy restaurant. We didn't expect it to meet up to our expectations following our initial visit last year. What a delicious surprise, it surpassed our previous visit. Fine dining indeed. We were brought 10 different items to our table. The duck in the sweet licorice tasting glaze was an absolute... More

Having read all the rave reviews of this restaurant we booked well in advance and waited with great anticipation. It was everything we expected with 7 very different courses all nicely explained and beautifully presented. Though there was no choice in the food served we had informed the restaurant that one of us had some dietary requirements and these were... More

Visited for lunch with family. Had five courses plus two amuse Bouches, and a couple of bottles of very reasonably priced white wine. All in around £180, which I reckon is one of the bargains of the decade. Brilliant chef and charming front of house. It's very hard to get a table but absolutely worth trying again and again.

Well what a fabulous meal!!! The food was outstanding. The fusion of flavours were mouth watering, I especially loved the taste and the presentation of the smoked beetroot and raspberries with pistachio nuts. If you love fine dining on a small intimate scale then this restaurant is a must. Beautiful food and top class front of house.

A fantastic tasting menu. Not only the quality of the food but the way it was presented was quirky and very well done. This is surely heading for Angleseys first Michelin star.

The whole Sosban experience was brilliant and amazing. Faultless delicious food that both inspires and satisfies the soul. The love of the ingredients was seen from the kitchen to the delivery of the plate to table. I cannot wait to go again. Anglesey is very lucky !

We were so blown away by the quality of the dinner at Sosban. The six courses were unbelievably good and very unusual. The matched wines were equally good. Bethan, the host, was attentive and helpful Already booked again!

It’s good that at the booking stage there is an opportunity to identify food allergies so you can be secure in the knowledge that nothing will be presented which will cause a problem. Part of the pleasure here is not knowing in advance what the menu will be, so there is an element of excitement as each course is brought... More

I don't know what to say that others haven't already said other than this was probably one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Bethan was a wonderful host explaining the dishes to us and each course was a delight and wonderful tasteful experience. We have tried to book Sosban on several occasions and finally secured a booking to... More
