Great food, choose between tasting menus or 2 or 3 course options. Not inexpensive, but for that fine dining experience, then worth the money. Only complaint was that we had to pour the wine ourselves as I think we had been overlooked. Unfortunately there was...More

We came here to celebrate our friends marriage, so can only go by the wedding breakfast. I can say that the staff serving the bubbly and canapés were friendly and efficient. At the wedding meal the room was beautifully laid out, with crisp clean cloths,...More

I booked the lunch a couple of weeks beforehand. It costs £24.95 for three courses and tea or coffee. It includes entry in to the village - you just give your name on the tollgate. I had a full day there and lunch. Lunch was...More

Beautiful view of the estuary from the restaurant. Extensive wine list and a good choice of meat, fish and veggie dishes. Lamb and scallops particularly good.

We visited the restraurant for the last day of our honeymoon. The food was delicious. The kitchen was able to adapt dishes to suit my many allergies and good requirements. All the staff were friendly and efficient especially Alice and Angharad who were very helpful.

If you are planning to visit as a couple do request a table in the main room. If I were writing the review only about our first dinner then this would be a 5 star review. The service and food were both equally impressive. Our...More

Parking is completely free and booking dinner at Hotel Portmeirion is a great opportunity to see Portmeirion when all the crowds have gone. See the menu and prices online. Castell Deudraeth is less fine dining and more... More

Yes. Please ask at the toll. You can also make more of the day by hiring a buggy for a VIP 45 min tour of the village for £20. It fits up to 5 people so you could split cost with others.
