Recently visited criccieth and dined from here twice, once eat in and once takeaway. Both times the food was delicious, and we know a good curry!! The korai was full of flavour and the chicken cooked perfectly. Will come back again when In criccieth

Having previously enjoyed a take away from spice bank last year we were looking forward to trying the buffet on a Sunday. It did not live up to our expectations unfortunately. The choices were all pretty much the same chicken curry of different types, the chicken was cooked beautifully in each dish though. The rice was dried out and nearly... More

Very busy, cramped, appeared to be unorganised. Not informed of the hour waiting time on arrival. Table booked prior, which was easy to arrange. However, food was excellent. Allegedly free WiFi but password protected

Opted for the buffet as thought it would be easier having took 2 kids , big mistake had to feed them else where after as only ate the poppadoms (which they charge extra for and ask how many you want) these are not fussy kids either we eat out all over as a family. Authentic Asian places from Manchester curry... More

Took my dad (in a wheelchair) and mum here on Easter Sunday for the buffet. The food was lovely, fresh and tasty. My dad loves the Spice Bank as we have had some lovely family meals here over the years. We came specially from Llanrwst for him. He really enjoyed the buffet and I'd like to say staff were lovely... We ate here mid week. Restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Service was fine but the food was nothing special. The curries were fine but the poppadoms tasted a bit stale, the nan was nothing to rave about and we didn't like the lamb kebab at all.

Ate here on a Saturday evening when the restaurant was very busy. The waiters were very efficient but the food was not the best. Also, they really need to get rid of the table next to the toilet/kitchen doorway - constant banging shut throughout our meal.

The staff are nice in the spice bank and it was not far from the George hotel in Criccieth. We will be going back there sometime next year.
