Family of 5 stopped in based reviews from tv food maps. Had the Canadian bacon appetizer and was delicious, but definitely not the Canadian bacon Americans are used to, much better. We each had burgers of different varieties and even the kids were impressed. Topped supper off with a cookie that was great but just average dessert from anywhere. Ecclectic... More

The waffle Monte cristo is amazing as are the sweet potato fries!! The staff from host/hostess to server was great. I didn't indulge but the desserts looked amazing!! Oh and a great Bloody Mary.

I've been to Kooky less frequently than usual, and now I recall why. We sat down, ordered drinks, and they came in 5-8 min tiers. One 8 mins later, one 8 mins after that and so on. There were five of us, so this took a bit, and then we ordered the 6lb burger to split. Drinks were consistently slow,... More

If you are ever in Memphis, be it downtown or Cordova, you MUST try this place. They have a gargantuan burger that if you can eat it in a certain time, its free...but its like 800 pounds of meat....GOOD LUCK....my fave thing is the POUTINE.....it is HEAVENLY.

Stopped at the Kooky Kanuk for lunch. My friend had the Blackened Catfish Po Boy. He said the fish was good, but the hoagie roll was way too much bread. The fish portion was rally thin and over powered by the bread. I had the BL"FG"T - bacon, lettuce, and fried green tomato and pimento cheese spread. It was absolutely... More

Went in for dinner, and found the place a disappointment. I wanted a French meat pie that was on the menu, but was advised it would take 30 minutes or more to make from scratch. I opted for a prime rib sandwich I was told would be fast which unbelievably took 45 minutes to arrive - with the wrong side.... More

Clearly quite new with helpful staff and food which was different to the rest of the city. As ever in America the service is very, possibly too, fast but good size portions to the extent that the starters make a good main course on their own. They did rush us through a bit but no more than other places in... More

Had the Yonge Street burger and Poutine fries. The Bomb! If you've never had Poutine fries you gotta get these. Gravy over fries and cheese curds.

Staying on Beale st there is not many places that you can take kids. This is one place that the kids loved and the food was good. The kids loved the atmosphere and decor. They really loved the mini-Avalanche dessert.

Thank Tanner H
