While in town looking for a new place to grab some bbq, usually we go to Central, so we ventured out. It’s was a no frills place, can sodas and limited options for sides. It was okay, glad we tried something new, but probably wouldn’t...More

Have been wanting to try this renowned memphis hidden gem; it did not disappoint! Amazing mustard slaw is unique in Memphis, & I could not get enough. Both sandwich & plate options (chopped pork) are huge portions & very reasonably priced. Thin sauce is unusual...More
Never tried their smoked sausage before, and it was delicious! But be prepared to eat it with a knife & fork b/c the bun can't keep up. The pull pork/chopped pork is always a winner too. Must admit though. It wouldn't hurt too much if...More
Drove over from Hot Springs, AR en route to Minneapolis. 3 hours in a driving rainstorm, but it was worth it. The pork and slaw sandwich (2 of them cost us $10.50) is, IMHO, not simply the best sandwich in America but also the best...More

Ribs were great. Beans were really good. I never had mustard slaw before. It was good too. It was an old garage, but the ribs were good.

Enjoyed my Memphis BBQ pulled prok dish, no frills, just good solid food. Excellent coleslaw and beans as sides, big portion. Basic restaurant, many locals but friendly to visitors!
The place is a dive! But the chopped pork sandwich is soooo tasty! The price is reasonable and the service was friendly! A great stop after visiting Graceland, perhaps?
