Yes, I have driven by this place most of my life and had never been until recently (parking can be a bit tight). Big mistake - I wish I had started enjoying this food years ago. Went with a friend and this pub has to be experienced - from the dark lighting adding atmosphere, the excellent food, good service -... More

to make a long story short, its just lousy. poor service, low quality food, not near as good as the place it used to be. we had the shrimp basket and hamburgers, and it was just a bad experience. we will not go back.

I have been eating here for at least 25 years. It is small, dark and just what you want in a neighborhood pub. The food is very good, the steak kabobs are my favorite but they have one of the best burgers in town along with some great onion rings. This is the place all the locals go. The prime... More

My husband and I have gone here for years. We go here because we love the bartenders and the steak sandwich. It is the best in Memphis. I highly recommend this restaurant.

In an attempt to be healthy, I opted for the grilled fish. It was excellent (thought I did feel a bit sick the next day - possibly just a coincidence).

Dined with family late on a Friday night. Nice assortment of menu choices with prompt energetic service. Food was uniformly good but not quite "wow". My brother's ahi sandwich on onion roll was a highlight, and my mother greatly enjoyed her shrimp po-boy. Good value for overall experience.

My husband found this place on tripadvisor and we tried it out for lunch. We parked and approached cautiously. The outside is nothing to take a pic of. The inside is charming and I love a good hole-in-the wall place. 80s rock station on and a number of locals inside. I tried the Reuben and it is the best I've... More

Their burgers are great. It's always dark in there with Christmas lights twinkling over head and I love their seating. There are several small nooks to tuck away from everyone and enjoy each other's company. Great place!

Great pub that's been around for decades. Classic blues and rock played at a reasonable volume as low key background music. A couple of TVs on mute featuring key basketball and football matchups. Locals and regulars are friendly. Bartender was accommodating. Food is great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone spending time in East Memphis for business or... More
