Stayed there for a quick drink to warm. Lovely views on the river and the fireplace is really warming. Very friendly staff and freshly cooked food.

Stopped st this Inn. Liked the name and had a drink as kitchen not quite open. Had fish and chips. Delicious. By the warm fire. It was a wet miserable day so was glad of it

Have been coming here for a lot of years and soup and rolls always excellent. I always have a sausage and black pudding roll and always cooked to.perfection. Thevsoup is always tasty and full.meals available too. Highly recommend it

Lovely homely feel, great fresh scones, coffee and somewhere we stop everything we are in the area. Portion sizes are great, it also has a bar!
