No matter how hungry you are or how cold it is outside, Betsy's scones are huge, delicious and unrivalled! The scones are freshly made every day and there are always an array of different types of scones! The coffee is great too and their home made soup is also fantastic.

One of the nicest scones which was light as a feather and beautiful coffee plus a lovely lemon 'slice' which was new to us. The staff were the most polite and pleasant we have experienced in a long time. Price was fantastic and we would recommend highly. Very much populated by ladies of a certain age when we visited but... More

Our first time in Troon ... stopped off for lunch as it looked nice from outside. Lovely friendly service and nice decor (why I rated it 2) - but the food let's it down badly...and it's the reason you go to a cafe!! Tomato and courgette soup was delicious, but the 'crusty roll' was soft, flavourless and anaemic!...the 'tuna mayo... More

Visited here last Sunday for a quick lunch before having a walk along the sea front. We had a sandwich, a panini and two teas. We were happy with our choices, both came with a salad garnish and a few tortilla chips. Was a good pot of tea, couple of cups each. Bill was £13 and change. They don't take... More

Called in for quick snack. The filled rolls are good value and tea served in a teapot is always a plus.

Visited twice this trip. Close to the beach and shops. Drinks are good and food is good. Service lacks warmth.

We stopped by this eatery for what you Limeys call "afternoon tea". This consisted of a "pot" of tea sandwiches, scones and cakes. Very quaint and delicate but not as filling as a Wendys! Friendly service with a smile!
