Lunch after a morning outdoors. Quirky bookshop with amazing range of stock. Soup was hearty with homemade bread. Really tasty and barely left room for desert. Service was unhurried and although busy they didn't rush you. Range of cakes including gluten free.

We normally come for coffee and cake, but decided to change our habits and go for soup instead. Lovely tomato and veg soup with pesto drizzled over the top. Of course, we also had to rummage around the bookshelves. I'm almost completely converted to e books, but always make an exception here. There's usually something with a local twist that... More

We stopped in Aberfeldy on our way back to Edinburgh. It was a Saturday morning, about 11am and there was hardly any life on any of the streets. We walked around looking for somewhere for coffee and thankfully found this place. Quirky building, given it was once a mill. Lots of books and the cake selection was pretty good. I... More

Always visit when in Aberfeldy. Relaxing venue amid the books. Coffee is very good as are the cakes.....would be good to offer scones as well.

We popped in for tea and cake in the middle of the day. There is an extensive tea menu, and the cake we chose was homemade and delicious. This is a very comfortable and relaxed place, with books and toys for children to amuse themselves with. There is seating outside, and a reading area as well as comfy seating in... More

Lovely coffee shop on the lower floor of the old flour mill . The decor & fixtures take full advantage of the old mill machinery , we sat in a lovely area with huge windows looking out over the old lade ( nice decking area for warmer days too ). There was a log burner in the middle of the... More

We tend to meet up here for small business gatherings of a couple people from the local area. In the back is a table that's large and relatively quiet. The books shop always warrants a visit. The attached "Homer" consists of shabby-chic items for the house that are quirky and quite expensive. Can't really recommend the drinks or food so... More

A wee gem of a place, cafe within the bookshop. Excellent coffees and wide range of specialist teas. Very tasty soups and sandwiches. Well worth a visit if only to browse the books and music.
