The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable - there is tea making facilities with complimentary biscuits and bottled water. I ate both an evening meal and breakfast which were excellent! Staff very attentive but not intrusive. Lots of locally sourced produce which is... More

Stopped here for lunch. Scallops, followed by lamb and finished off with bread and butter pudding were truly scrumptious. Friendly staff, lovely wine great surroundings and all at a reasonable price ... What more could you ask for. Superb.

Lunch in the conservatory on a bitterly cold but fine day - sunshine pouring in through the glass roof - this historic house has been beautifully restored. And the food was excellent. Will definitely return!

The atmosphere is wonderful - warm and welcoming. The ladies room is spotless with very good soap and hand cream which is important to me. The staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The owners were on hand to talk to which is also important to me. The food was delicious, as always, although I could have done... More

Upon arriving at this Pub we received a big welcome despite being busy with lots of customers. We sat in the Conservatory which was light and airy and the staff were friendly and efficient. There was plenty of choice on the menu and both of our dishes were well presented and yummy! There is a lovely Bar with a big... More
