Simply the best crab sandwiches in the county. Claws is one of the main reasons we go to Brixham and have often taken a 100 mile detour just to eat here and now there is a "Claws indoors" opposite if the weather is not good. Simply the best and really good prices.

We come to Brixham every October and visit Claws for a prawn cocktail lunch. Brilliant as ever this year. Lots of tasty prawns and sauce. Really good value. Only one very small criticism, please use butter rather than margarine? Everything else is great. Thanks CJ

Had the seafood platter, was by far the best I have ever tasted. Presentation was excellent, nothing could be faulted, the waitress waz very helpful and cheerful. The seafood platter is more than enough for one person at lunchtime, coming with bread and butter and a large bowl of salad.

Excellent crab sandwiches washed down with a glass of wine. So good we visited twice whilst on holiday. Great spot on the harbour and staff very friendly too.

Our crab sandwich was delicious and big enough for a good lunch. On the second day, we had a cold seafood platter to share that was excellent with a good range of prawns, crab meat, smoked salmon, etc... Served with bread, olives and small pickled onions. Simply delicious. Beware of the seagulls!

We sat on the quayside, under a sun umbrella. There was also an indoor section of this eatery if the weather had been bad. It is unpretentious, but the service is good and the crab sandwiches are the best. It was certainly far superior to the ones I bought in the shack on the prom in Torquay. I will certainly... More

Best crab sandwiches ever. Brown and white meat not mixed together to eke out the white. Brown meat used as butter and stacks of white meat and only £5.50. Delicious..

Been here a few times and never been disappointed with the food. Great platters on offer and the oysters are top notch.

My partner bought a prawn sandwich to take away. The sandwich was amazing, made with thick, fresh bread and loaded with prawns. It was well packaged and freshly made. 10 out of 10 for value and quality.
