In the centre of the village, but just tucked away enough to be out of the throng. Very large council car park directly outside (remember to get your parking ticket validated, or you'll get a parking ticket). Good pub fare in this large pub. Beer garden at the front. Always lots of social activities - the landlord tries very hard... More

Staying in Braunton for a week's walking we had dinner here several times. Good choice of dishes including a Sunday Carvery ( recommended) and pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

We had an excellent Christmas Day lunch with canapes, starters, sorbet, turkey and all the trimmings, desserts, cheese, coffee and mince pies. The staff were lovely, moving our table when they realised my Mum was on crutches. The only complaint was from my Dad that there were no roast parsnips but as the rest of us don't like them, not... Lovely pub, food rather average but good size portions and a good range of options on the menu. Skittle alley is great fun.

What a lovely time we had at the "Aggi" in Braunton. We went for a lovely walk on a sunny day to explore Braunton and stopped in for a cold drink. Nice traditional atmosphere - and imagine our delight to see a mother with her young child and dog relaxing in the lounge.

Good food and service, for the price you pay the food is excellent on our short visit to Devon our party visited twice and both times it didn't fail to deliver. The waiter was excellent and very helpful (regarding Pokémon tips) would happily visit again if in the area.

Great Village pub, love eating there, especially for Sunday Lunch, Great Carvery, best in the area. good selection of freshly cooked meats and usually 3 different meats. A very large selection of Fresh Vegetables, ( I mean Fresh Veg) No Frozen stuff. great Roast potatoes, & Parsnips, very good gravy, like have Home cooked Sunday Lunch at the pub.

significantly under-whelmed by the main menu, the specials menu you offered a more creative choice. The food was clearly home made and not a jar of sauce with some meat, served hot on a warmed plate, by attentive staff happy to chat with regulars and visitors alike.
