Usually take breakfast or brunch here, as we have found it to be a pleasant experience and good value.

Me and my partner popped in here for a bite to eat after visiting the Hands On clinic (for a massage) which is just across the rod and what a lovely little find! It had a quirky but cosy interior and a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There was loads of choice on the menu, but I was particularly impressed... More

Centrally located in Braunton with plenty of (metered) parking very nearby. Excellent quality food and drinks, although more homely decor would make the cafe even more of a lingering location.

I went here last weekend with friends. It is a lovely little cosy cafe. I had a soya milk latte which was delicous. They didn't have a vegan breakfast but the vegetarian breakfast was easily adapted by asking the egg and butter to be left out. The sausages used are Linda McCartney so are vegan. It was a lovely breakfast... More

Friendly staff. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Stopped in for a hot drink, to warm up and kill time. My shopping bags have occupied more seats then myself and it was the 'coffee crowd / eleven-isis brigade'. Would have piled it all on the floor if necessary but it wasn't. Wi-Fi connection really good. A pleasant place to hang out with... More

gorgeous café where breakfast is served, vegan or veggie as you wish! Sit outside and watch the world go by. Find it in the square, just out of the beaten track and main street. Smoothies and fresh whole food, great if you need to be set up for the day or clearing a hang over!!!!

Tiny and services sometimes slow at busy times, but good fresh food and lots of choice for vegetarians and vegans.

We had a great meal yesterday at the Wild Thyme Cafe in Braunton. I have been here before but this was the first time we had breakfast. We had Full English breakfasts, yoghurt and fruit, huevos rancheros etc - it was 6 of us. The kids loved their smoothies and our meals were delicious, generous portions. The only room for... More

The staff were a little indifferent and ordering at the counter was a little awkward. The Lamb tagine was disappointing with no real evidence of the advertised dates, apricots or almonds. The chilli dog was equally uninspired, with a fairly bland chilli con carne and chipolatas in a ciabatta. I expected the chipolatas.to have a bit of a kick but... More
