Pub grub that is better than most pubs. The chowder is award-winning. Roast dinners are hearty and popular with the local trade. The garlic mushroom portion though is very stingy- only 6 pieces on the plate (3 mushrooms halved)!!

Heard so much about this dish i had to try it. It was amazing! So creamy and plenty of chunks of fish, packed with flavour. The guinness and almond bread served with it was so tasty i will definately be having this dish again!!

Centrally located, prompt service. Good menu choices, good value for money. Food was cooked fresh and from scratch. I was impressed.
