We were in the area and it had been a while since we had tried Outback so we thought we would give it a try. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated and another 5 for our server to greet us with some bread. I...don’t know what they make or out of but saw dust comes to mind. We ordered the Prime Rib (medium) with Grilled Shrimp with sides of House salad and fries to split and it finally arrived. The prime rib was over cooked and dry and the shrimp rubbery. But the fried were good. Greatly disappointed in the offering.More
We were extremely disappointed. The greeter did not smile, acted like we were putting her out asking for a table. The food presentation was poor, and minimal in amount. They had no tonic. The food was mediocre, I had ribs, my husband had filet mignon....Poorly managed, looked like Covid was in full swing. Our server was exceptional, helpful, pleasant and spot on, Kaycie, thank you.More

I often drop into an Outback when in the USA, as I can rely on the steaks being pretty good, the beer being cold and the prices being manageable !!!
Great food and atmosphere. Everyone seems to enjoy working here, it is our favorite place to eat in Lebanon. Highly recommend!
I reviewed this restaurant in April 2021 when we had a terrible experience except for excellent food. I said then we would not go back. Well, we did go back because it is a Thanksgiving week/birthday tradition with family before driving through the Dancing Lights...of Christmas. Our experience could not have been better! We were seated promptly, our server was totally on top of his game, and the food was delicious. So glad we gave this restaurant another chance! You should go!More
Went with friends after the Chevy truck show, waited 1-1/2 hours to be seated, no problem there, friendly waitress, most of us ordered the ribeye, mine had so much gristle, It was terrible, my fault for not saying something, everyone else said there's was good,...just my luck to get the bad cut.More
Located next to my hotel. Only waited 10 minutes for a table. Service and food quality are on par with what I expect from Outback
The Alice Springs chicken dish was delicious and service was fast and attentive in spite of being packed!
Emailed ahead on Saturday, April 10, to get on waitlist for 5:15. Arrived at 5:15, seated at 5:40, server brought our cheese fries at 6:20, salads at 6:35, and entrees at 6:50. Casey, our server, was really good and apologized profusely for everything being so...slow, BUT this is totally unacceptable. The restaurant was not packed, just woefully understaffed. Our food was excellent. Unfortunately, we will never go to this Outback again. Almost forgot this little nugget—it was very cold in the restaurant (70 degrees outside). When I mentioned how cold it was to a worker, I was told they couldn’t do anything about the temperature because it was controlled by corporate! WHAT??More

Came to Lebanon, Tennessee to judge the annual Smoke on The Shores barbecue event on Saturday. I arrived Friday so I had to find a place to eat Friday night. Lo and behold, there was an Outback steakhouse right close to the hotel. Where I...live the closest Outback might be around 100 miles away. Had the Outback special prime rib with the bold seasonings on it. Really was very good. They used to have a smaller side version of their Blooming Onion but not anymore, so I bypassed the full order. Kinda pissed about that.More
We arrived at Outback Steakhouse in Lebanon, Tennessee on Saturday at 2:00 pm for lunch. There were literally only 4 tables being utilized in the entire restaurant. We waited a!most an hour to be seated for 4 people. Unacceptable! Sorry, you can't blame this on...covid, this was poor management. We were getting ready to leave when we were then seated. When our meals got served, we all received the incorrect dinner. Honestly, we will not go back to this particular location.More
We were staying at the Hampton Inn close by and after a long day of traveling we decided for convenience sake to eat dinner on Monday, November 2, 2020, at Outback. Our server (we ate in a booth in the bar area around 6 PM)...was friendly and efficient. The bread served was fresh and tasty. The coconut shrimp with the sauce was delicious as was the grilled chicken. We have not eaten at an Outback restaurant in at least 5 years and were glad we decided to try.More
The remodel of this place was needed as the carpet just smelled awful. The food is what you’d expect from outback. Decent, not fantastic.
The staff "sort of" has masks on. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. There was one woman who took hers off any time she spoke to anyone. They are only seating at half capacity and the bar (which would be the safest place to keep...people social distant) was totally closed? We were told there was a wait and we sat outside for 10 minutes due to capacity restrictions but nobody left and they ended up sitting us at a table that had been open 10 minutes prior when they made us wait? Just rules enacted for the sake of making rules but like most places, no logic or common sense was a factor in making any of those rules. The food arrived quickly enough and the portions were great and the food was pretty good, almost great even. Just too much aggravation to go back for me though.More
