Had lunch here with my husband. It was our first time here. We were greeted by the sweetest waiter, Jared. He was helpful with menu choices. I got the shrimp Po' Boy and it was delicious! My broccoli/cheddar soup was very good and hot. The food tasted fresh. I loved the atmosphere of the place. Portion sizes were large. The... More

A tiny place with large portions. Certainly not a bad place. The owner lady is loud, not rude, the line is fine but there is a difference. I would come back, as my wife loved her shrimp po'boy.

We had brunch at Big Fatty's last weekend, and were blown away by how great it was. The menu is so creative and I loved the fun names. Big Pat Biscuit, D**n Yankee, Screw the Pooch, The Summit.... I decided on the Big Phat Biscuit, which was 2 open-faced biscuits, smothered in gravy and topped with smoked pork tenderloin and... More

OK Folks this place is fantastic! Great fresh food and everything the menu is fantastic. If you want quality gourmet food from a top notch chef at a very reasonable price then come here and you won't be disappointed. Gotta say that two of my favorite things here is the mac n cheese and the fried okra...it's honestly addictive!!!

No matter the time of day, day of the week, occasion or lack thereof, each meal has been terrific. Variety of main courses, wonderful and large sides, and creative combinations on each visit, from solo lunches to thirty guests for a birthday party, and it only gets better. Our best overall eatery in West Knoxville.

Love this place. Always has the best shrimp and okra, but tonight o had a Kobe burger with beer cheese. It was messy but worth it.

We read about Big Fatty's on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try for lunch. The first thing we noticed was that it was hard to find. Its signage seen from the west was very small and the sign seen from the east was large, but blocked by parked cars. After finally finding it, we walked in and... More

Big Fatty's opened their doors to some of my friends for a pop up art show / silent auction. The atmosphere was so welcoming and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing. They came up with many specials for the event which was unexpected.
